What a Duche the Middle Eastern guy is behind the counter. I stopped here after work, first time stepping foot in the store, looking for a new store to frequent and a new vaping solution. I've been using the Juul for a while and just not feeling buying the pods anymore. I've refilled them with juice and prefer the ability to be able to control and taper my nicotine intake. I explain that I was dealing with a guy down the block but his selection was slim and I wasn't sure if his stuff was authentic. Immediately this idiot started going off, talking about "he doesn't like that, if I say that about the guy down the block, I'll say that about him too, blah blah blah." So I'm like listen I came in here to give you my business because there's only two stores within this radius and I'm tired of buying things that aren't even sealed and praying for the best, why are you offended, is your stuff not authentic? He said no, "I just dont like that." I said obviously you're not a business man, he said "no I'm a humanist," whatever the hell that was supposed to mean. I'm tired, i don't feel like driving around looking for another spot. I ask for the Naked 100 Salts, why are we still talking about this, what do you have? "I have everything." Is his response. What a di*k! I take the first one I recognized, no trying a different flavor or buying more than one. No buying an actual device, no nothing. I pay for it begrudgingly and then I ask why he would sacrifice business, why he took it so personally, does he own the other place. He gives me some weird half brained response and asks me to please leave. Never going back, hate that I had to buy anything there, should have walked on principal alone, guess I'll be shopping online and thus is the death of retail. BEWARE! The owner of this Vape shop is a crook. I bought some disposable Vape's which a few were broken and did not work. I came back to the store with the broken products two minutes after purchasing them. He refused to do anything about it, no exchange return nothing! He was extremely rude and unreasonable! Was just here today. Absolutely loved the place. The owner was knowledgable, courteous, and most importantly extremely friendly. The layout was nice and the e juice selection was top notch and varied in price. I live 20 minutes away and while there are vape shops closer to me I'll continue to come back here. I'm relatively new to vaping and have been going to different shops over the past month and stopped here yesterday. It is set up really well and the displays are amazing for all of the products. What sets them apart from some of the other vape shops is their extensive line of hookah setups and supplies. They had a great variety of e-juice as well: Beard, Virgin Vapor, Space Jam among others and they are bring more in. They also have a testing station to try out a variety of juices. Unfortunately my set up was not working with the tanks and the employee (Adam I think was his name) let me use his personal setup to try the juices. He also gave some recommendations for upgrades I was looking into. It was above and beyond service. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Owner is very unprofessional. When you go to pay with a credit card, he charges you a fee. If you make a comment, he refuses to sell the product to you unless you agree to the fees happily or go to the bank to get cash. He almost refused to sell me the items I was purchasing until I pretended to be fine with the extra charge of $2 and change on a $60 order, even though he only gets charged less than $0.25 on that transaction. It takes a lot to upset me and this guy really bothered me because he tried to make it seem like I was unreasonable for disagreeing with his illegal credit card fees. read more

Every vape product I've bought here has turned out to be defective within two months tops of purchasing. I've done proper maintenance on everything, never dropped, so no reason for vapes to just completely stop working/lose power/start leaking. Every time I've gone in to try to handle the problem, the owner has told me things along the lines of "we only sell good products" "we don't sell anything defective". The product no longer working properly after a short period of time is what I've heard from most other people I've spoken with regarding this store. read more

TERRIBLE. Been there twice in the past week and won't ever be back. Owner has no knowledge of his products while his employee has the nastiest attitude. This place sells defective and expensive items. I bought an aspire nautilus tank and it keeps leaking nonstop. They would not replace it. The kid behind the counter ("the vapeologist" as they call him) has the worst attitude ever. Very unpleasant to deal with. I will definitely not be back. read more

A family member recently wanted to quit smoking, so she stopped by this vape shop as it was the closest one to us. The man behind the counter Alex was very helpful. He directed her to what she might like, listened to what she wanted, and helped her to find the perfect thing for her. It has been a month now, give or take a few weeks, and she is still smoke free. Alex was very kind and is a hardworking individual. When a customer comes in, he is typically the first to greet you and ask if you need anything. If he is helping another customer, he will politely tell you he will be with you in a moment, and he holds to his word. He can have you in and out in a few minutes if you know what you want, and if not, he will gladly take the time to explain things to you if you are confused or new to vaping. All in all a pleasant experience. If Alex is there, you can trust you will have a good experience. read more
