If I had a choice of getting this or flowers, I would choose this any day. Both equally expensive but definitely a pleasant gift to receive. I tried a fruit basket from another brand and was very disappointed. The fruits were not sweet and the chocolate dipping was rather gross. This is when I realized why edible arrangements has so many franchises. They are legit. Fruits are always sweet and the chocolate dipping is addicting. Don't know how to start this but to get straight to the point I had these edible arrangements delivered to me by my son on September 25, 2024. Once I receive the arrangements they were put directly in my hand opened up the package right then, and there the driver drove away, which was fine when opening these arrangements, the fruit looked nasty the strawberries Looked oh my God I just have to show you the picture because the food the strawberries were bruised. The grapes had already begin to turn brown and some spots. I couldn't believe they put out something like this called in to complain. Someone did call me back the next day. She said she's just a regular employee. She asked for me by name. i'll let her know that she was speaking to me. She went straight into the conversation of how if I wanted a refund or reimbursement they would have to pick up the product which I had no problem with. It was the point of the etiquette that she put out for their company if that's who you have representing you, it's a sad shame. I told her the right way she should've did it. It was fine to ask for my name. She should've apologized the problem up for the problem, but they made then said through our procedures. This is the way it's done which I had no problem, but I feel like I was treated unfairly and you guys really didn't even care that you made a mistake on a customers product that they paid for I asked her manager she said no just employee first mistake you should've had a manager even states on the thing a manager will contact you back. I just felt like that was unfair. I complained again have not heard anything from them yet and it is Sunday. This happened on Thursday, I just have to put this out and let everyone know what they're doing. I will never do business with them and I'm passing it onto friends to not do business with them as well. Both times Megan took my order. She was polite, personable, and genuinely happy to assist me. She even remembered my name from the recent Woodlands order. I ask my friend for this on my birthday. I felt so horrible after it arrived, because I know it was expensive and the quality was horrible of the chocolate cover strawberrrys, and old spray painted flowers from St. Patrick Day. The flower arrangement reminded me of old flowers in Walmart the days after holiday, that did not sell. The Chocolate Strawberry's, also old, small with large dead leaves still attached, I just got out the hospital after 5 days, and purchased fresh strawberries, so it was easy to compare what I had purchases from Randall's, verses, what this this specialItaly company delivered. Came here recently in the middle of the day where it wasn't busy. I was checking out their casing to see what was available to buy. I had questions as to what was available, the pricing, and if the chocolate covered bananas were fresh, due to some places using frozen bananas. I also want to understand how to order, since I saw fruit cups, but did not see choices or pricing for the chocolate covered strawberries by half/ full dozen. I guess I had asked too many questions that annoyed Myrna, who was helping me. She responded to me with, "Look! These are our fruit cup choices for $5.99, and you can either order half dozens of strawberries for $19.99 or a dozen $29.99." Well thanks for clarifying, but the attitude was unnecessary, especially for a first time customer. She was so rude and I immediately felt uncomfortable. There wasn't even a sign that stated the prices of an arranged box, so sorry for burdening with such questions. Will not be returning due to rude staff. read more

This is one of their new locations as they moved from 2920, but their service and food was still good nevertheless. The two ladies who worked there were so nice & accommodating. We were able to sample chocolate dipped bananas, apples, pineapples and strawberries. All of them were tasty, but my new found favorite were the chocolate dipped bananas. I love banana anything really, but I never tasted them coated in chocolate- so that was a nice variation. I'm glad they're in another nice location next to all of the other fun eateries. :D read more

Needed a fruit tray for a baby shower that I wasn't going to be able to attend...ill...which was a bummer, but I found this business that was closer to the delivery site than others so I found my way to it. I live in Michigan and sent an Edible Arrangement to my family in Spring, TX. They were not home for the initial delivery on Christmas Eve. A phone call was made to them with a message left to call back so they could schedule a delivery. The delivery was made and all were happy. This is the best gift for those hard to buy for. I use them all over the U.S.A. as I have family across the nation. The Spring, TX store has never let me down. They can be trusted. This is more than I can say for the stores local to me! read more

I placed an order to be delivered to a friend who had just had a baby. That order was supposed to be delivered a week ago, and I got a notification for a successful delivery. However, the next day, another friend said that her florist had just called her to tell her that the recipient was no longer at the address. I then filed for a refund because the order had definitely not been received by the recipient. I was then notified by edible arrangements that I would be contacted within 48 hours about the order. A week passed, and I was never contacted, so I called them today. They told me that they delivered the order to the address, and confirmed that the named recipient never got it, and that they were not going to issue a refund. My problem with Edible Arrangements is twofold: 1. They originally told me the order was successfully delivered -- I would not have learned otherwise if it were not for the fact that my friend's florist had called her. 2. E.A. stated that they would call me within 48 hours, but they never called at all, and were unsympathetic and dismissive when I got through. Edible Arrangements is not cheap, and it's a lot of money to throw away. The person on the line was dismissive and didn't care to explain why they never called, despite E.A. saying that they were going to do so. read more

I chose a 10% off basket. These things are a bit overpriced as-is but after tax and delivery fee get ready to pay $100 for a decent arrangement. If you don't mind paying $100 then these arrangements are a great way to say "I love you". I sent one to my girlfriend and she loved it. The customer service at the edible arrangement shop that made my arrangement even went out of there way to make sure my basket got dropped off earlier in the day in order to get it to my girlfriend before her office got let out early. By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered online but had questions before processing my order so I called the store. Alicia answered my call and re assured me on everything. Not only reassured me but addressed my concerns to make sure they would fulfill it in the way I wanted and the time I wanted. I did a same day order which isnt always easy to fulfill. I've never been more reassured on something. My grandma turned 90 today and they were beyond patient with her answering the door and even offered to help her with it (damn spit fire and hardheadedness refused the offer).
