All of the BOGO sale items are typically in stock. It's easy to navigate the store and find everything I'm looking for. The store is taking precautions to avoid the spread of COVID-19. They have an employee near the entrance sanitizing all of the carts and baskets. All of the employees are wearing masks. They have directional arrows on the floor to contribute to social distancing when walking down the aisles. They typically have plenty of registers open in order to minimize the check out time. The cashiers are friendly and welcoming.

Mostly it's for a main dish on holidays like News Years or Easter or 4th of July. Sometimes we will get it as a side play for sandwiches. On NewYears we unwrapped our HB ham (bone in- 6 lbs) for dinner. We don't usually heat it, we serve at room temp with rolls/Mashed potato's. It was POOR, it was not fresh, well, I don't know how to better describe. Maybe it was overcooked? It was firm and had a pretty thick caramelized color that permeated down into the ham. It's edible, but certainly would get the same experience with a Costco ham. Very disappointing.

Before coming here, we tried to call but no one answered so we took a chance to see if the place really closed at 9p (according to the time listed on Apple Maps). The staff was nice and accommodating. The bathrooms were cleaned. However, the patio tables outside were a little dirty. There are enough chairs and tables outside as well on the inside. There are no trash cans outside not sure if they took it inside 9 because we left exactly at 9p. I have came to this particular location before and it does pass the vibe check for me every time. 4 out of 5 stars because they did not hear the phone ring. Today, however I walked in, and the store was not very busy, but it was filthy. Chairs had spilled coffee on them, crumbs all over, even the counter where they were serving us our coffee, that was a mess. I asked for a cardboard sleeve for my cup, the server grabs one and slides it across the counter through coffee that had been spilled and expected me to use it. When I told him no, I wanted a clean one, he kind of rolled his eyes, went back and got a couple of more and brought them up. No effort was made to clean up the counter The coffee quality was good, so no problem there, but definitely the customer service aspect and more importantly, the fact this place was a mess, but it really wasn't that busy. makes me choose to write this particular review. I'll try again maybe tomorrow or Monday, hopefully things will be resolved.

One of the things that brings me back time after time is the bogo deals. It is hard to beat! If you don't need them both you can just get one at half off. Publix sets itself apart from their competition by offering super clean stores, excellent product selection and better than most customer service. I was extremely disappointed in my experience at this Publix tonight. (3/5/2018) We had just left a community meeting at the Woodstock Police Department with some of my fellow Woodstock neighbors and decided that we would all pop in to grab a few things since we were in the area. We started out checking out the BOGO bins and then worked our ways to the deli department. Then to the bakery. We were checking out some of the baked good when a woman (heavy set, brown hair, older woman) barked at us and said in a sharp voice "May I help you?" Which one of my neighbor answered "No. we're just looking." The employee didn't say anything and just walked off..... I don't know if she was insinuating that we were up to something no good or what but we weren't doing anything wrong. Just looking at some cup cakes and some peach pies..... the five of us are all grown people with college educations, home owners and one of them had a teenage kid. So for some grocery store employee talking down to us like we were teenagers giggling at a library is not only unprofessional but down right rude. You can bet the 5 of us will never come back to this store every again! Review updated on 3/5/2018
