I called and left a message regarding the missing box and mentioned my order number, but it's been a week and I never heard back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My zccount wasn't loading my birthday freebie anf the worker acted like I was lying. I even volunteered my driver's license. She asked the other worker "do we have anymore scraps from today or did those get thrown out?" And then handed me a cup with 3 strawberries, which was very different than the whole box I've gotten in year's past. The worker I talked to at a different location said that if I came in they'd make it for me, but idk what the deal was at this location or why she had to call the treat she did hand me "scraps." Just super rude. They weren't busy and didn't have any customers so I'm not sure where the attitude came from but last year the worker was SOOOO kind and sweet. If I could give more stars, I would. Sherri and Katie were fantastic to work with. I came in last second to pick up a few gift baskets and they were arranged beautifully and quickly. They went above and beyond for me that day. When I came in, I was 3/4 of my way through a 14 hour work day, I hadn't had lunch, I still had so much to do and I was feeling a little stressed, Sherri gave me a cup of ice water and Katie gave me a snack. Who does that now days? They were both easy to talk to and they helped me feel less stress and very encouraging. I couldn't have asked for a better visit, beautiful gifts and amazing service. We (my self and 2 small kids 2&7) decided to make an impromptu trip to the Provo, Ut store this morning (August 8th 2019) to get some dipped fruit cup things. The sweet girl working was very kind and helpful. She went back to make our treats and came back out to let us know they were out of bananas but she could run next door and get some. We switched to apple's (we aren't picky, it was nice enough of her to offer). She made our treats really quickly and had a wonderful personality. We'll definitely go back! read more

I recieved an email about a fresh fruit box. What a great idea. I ordered one for my daughter and her family along with a 6 piece dipped chocolate box. It was to be delivered by 3pm. Told my daughter to watch for a delivery by 3pm. She got it at 6:20, no big deal. However no box of fresh fruit. Just the small box of dipped fruit. I called at 6:30, no answer, was told the hours, open until 7pm. Waited to leave a message, inbox full. I'll have to call corporate like another reviewer. read more

I was asked to find gift baskets for spouses of employees at the company I work for. Found several on line and decided to go with Edible Arrangements. The employees Cherrie, Rachel, and Grace in the Provo store were all great to work with. The presentation of the fruit was beautiful. Couldn't wait to taste the fruit itself and found it delicious...you would never guess it was December and not prime fruit season. It was great to give a gift that was healthy as well! I "splurged" because I wanted to make my daughter's birthday special because I knew it could be a difficult and lonely one. I purchased the Daisy arrangement because it was beautiful online. What she got looked like a 5 year old put it together. Yes, it was the same fruit as in the picture, but absolutely none of the artistic touch. It looked horrible - see the pics below. I placed an order online on 4/25 for same day delivery I called the store which was the Murray location at 11:00am to confirm that they would be able to actually deliver my order on the same day I gave the person the confirmation number and order name and they said yes we would be able to get that done no problem. Then at 4:00pm I called to follow up to see if it was delivered I was asked for my order number and when they looked it up I was told No actually this order should have been transferred to the provo location and that they would transfer the order right now but of course it is not too late for same day delivery. I did receive a call from the provo location about 5 minutes after the order was transferred and Sara apologized and informed me that since she just received the order that it would not be delivered on 4/25 but that it would go out tomorrow 4/26 and credit my card $15 because delivery would be on them. I called at 9:30am the provo location on 4/26 to confirm that the order was going to go out today since the order did not go out on 4/25 no one answered the phone it was a recording that said they were not open yet and then said the operating hours which said they were open at 8am. It is now 3:00pm I called the provo location again to find out the status of my order and their phone is actually being forwarded to a different location "Draper location" that had no idea the status of my order and could not look it up I told me that they couldn't even get a hold of anyone at the provo location. At this point I do not know what is going on with my order but I do know that the person I ordered the arrangement for just left work and did not receive the arrangement. I was trying to do something special for a business associate. I know next time when I want to show my appreciation to someone I'm going to send them flowers or a gift basket but definitely not an edible arrangement. read more

Horrible service and communication. I placed on online order for 2 different people to be delivered on a Saturday. They called back to say they are understaffed and could I move it. Sure. I moved one to Monday and one to Wednesday only to get a voicemail on Monday that they are understaffed and can't deliver the item. They called back and agreed to deliver the Monday one. Two minutes later I get a callback that they don't deliver to Saratoga Springs (the Wednesday delivery) even though I was able to select that city online. Why didn't they tell me that the first time they called to reschedule delivery? Now I am stuck trying to find an alternate employee gift. Will not use them again. read more

First and Last time I order from this Provo store. The order wasn't delivered when promised. When I called the store 1.5 hours after it was suppose to be delivered the store said it was closed even though it was only 5:45 and the recording said open until 7pm. Voice mailbox full so I couldn't leave a message. I sent a message to the main company and was advised they would contact the store owner/manager. At 7:30 pm the arrangement finally arrived. The delivery person was rude and unprepared to have a signature, my daughter had to go searching for a pen herself. Then to top it off, it wasn't even the arrangement I ordered. It was much smaller, no chocolate dipped fruit, no cheerful balloon, no get well chocolate pop. I sent a message to the store but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard back from the store owner/manager. I'm truly disappointed. I sure wish I would have read the reviews before I spent the money here. ***UPDATE*** Changed from 1 star to 3 star Manager of store contacted me and wanted to apologize and make things right. They were more then generous and went above and beyond to take care of my not so thrilled experience. I give credit for this effort. read more

I didn't plan on giving a review, but my latest experience with EA was so bad that I hope no one else will experience what I did. I ordered an arrangement online on a Saturday afternoon around PM. I was contacted almost an hour later and told that my order couldn't be filled because thee fruit had been out away and the tills cashed out. It reminded the rep that their store closes at 7 PM. The rep said that when they fill their orders from the morning they close early. I expressed my concern that a company would say they're open for business but then not really be for no apparent reason other having finished their orders from the morning?? Poor customer service is what that is. So then I ask when they could have it ready. The rep said they'd have it ready the next day, a Sunday. I reminded her that her store is closed on Sundays. She said that they're in fact open on Sundays. I didn't want to bank on that, but since they had no way of making the arrangement that same day without having to bring out the fruit and open the registers, I figured I'd wait til the next day. Sunday rolls around and what do you know - EA is closed. So I call to leave a message and I can't even leave one bc their voicemail is full. Monday rolls around and I call EA mid morning to give them time to get in and finish my order. Not only is it not done, it won't even be ready until the afternoon and EA can't guarantee what time in the afternoon it would be done. By then I wouldn't not be able to pick it up bc I'd be out of town. So I asked for delivery options and they charged me $15 for it. Later that night I checked on the person who received it and she said that the arrangement was melted. Seriously?! I paid almost $150 for a nice large arrangement, it came three days late, and it was melted. This place delivers a terrible product and has horrible customer service. I think the worst part was the nonchalant attitude of the reps. I am over marketing and corporate responsibility for my company. If we treated our clients the way EA treated me, we'd be out of business! I don't think I'll be using EA anytime soon. And I highly discourage anyone from using them either. read more

I am highly disappointed in this store. My mother ordered an arrangement for my husband and myself on Saturday afternoon. It was a condolence gift for the passing of my husbands uncle, whom my husband is close to. She received confirmation it would be delivered the following day, which was Sunday. The store is said to be open from 8am-1pm. I waited between those hours to no avail. My mom called to check on the order before closing and was told they delivered towards the end of their hours. Still nothing arrived. When she called on Monday, she was told that the store wasn't open on Sunday, despite her talking to someone. She requested to have the arrangement delivered after 4:30pm, since we wouldn't be home till then. They just said sorry and would deliver it at the requested time with some chocolates. Well the arrangement showed up at 3:36pm, with no chocolates, and then sat outside for an hour. What a joke! Apparently keeping delivery confirmations, telling the truth, and verbal promises are not something this store is capable of. It is safe to say we won't order from here EVER again! read more

Placed an order for a box of chocolate covered fruit last Thursday for delivery on Friday for my husband at work. Since it was being delivered to a business, they said that the latest the order would be delivered is 5 pm, my husband normally leaves at 4:30 but I figured it would be fine. 5 pm rolls around and my husband still hasn't gotten it. I called the store and they apologized and said that my order was on its way and would be there within 30 minutes. 5:30 comes and still no order. I call the store back and they apologized again saying that the order would be the next one to be delivered. 6:10 comes around and my husband is having to stay late at work waiting for the delivery. The entire office has left by now and the building is locked. I go to call the store again and it says they are closed even though their hours say 7 pm. Call one more time just in case, and still no answer. My husband got the order at 6:22, over an hour after the supposed latest delivery time for businesses. When I called they said they would refund me my delivery charge but because he received the order there was nothing more that they could do. The kicker is that I had ordered a large box thinking my husband would share with his co-workers. But since it was so late, everyone had left which left him with the whole box and he was leaving out of town to meet me in Colorado the very next morning so half of the box got wasted. read more
