Then she flippantly apologized and told me I should have come inside if I wanted faster service. Besides her lack of customer care the business owners themselves are to blame for the poor service. Not an adult in sight. Both workers were under 20 and it was an 80 degree sunday. Close the drive thru or outside window. Do something to ensure your customer flow is managed appropriately and have a real manager on-site.

I was looking literally ALL over Cleveland for a specific cake pan. This was the only shop that had it. Sure, it was expensive. SURE, I didn't really even USE it because I basically effed up the cake and had to throw it away and almost had a breakdown and then my sister had to come and get the pan and bake the cake for me..... sooo.... moving on. The lady behind the counter (not sure if she was the owner or not) was one of the friendliest people ever. She was kind enough to open the box and point out the different pieces of the pan and showed me how to use it. Obviously, though, I cannot follow directions. Right now, as I sit here covered in flour, frosting, and pieces of the cake that I dug my fingers into and squeezed (and almost flung into my kitchen wall), I am a satisfied effing customer.
