I'd seen online a smattering of what they had to offer (in reality they had much more, but I had the general idea). As an immunocompromised person, I just wanted a little mitigated-risk shopping in a quaint little setting. My little slice of holiday shopping perfection was a real gift. The shop itself was lovely, with little vignettes set everywhere--glittery trees and red cardinals and berries here, rich burgundy velvet and gold pieces and pine boughs there, woodsy things, garden things, coastal theme scenes--something, I think, for about anyone. It was just enough variety to produce that special shopping experience without the overwhelming "oh my goodness there's still another room?!?" you can get in some places (much love for big villages of shops, but not for me this year). I quickly picked an armful of pretties for my living room now and into deep winter. It's going to look soooo pretty, and I will be back for spring! Colonial Flower Shoppe has some very beautiful things, including their own stunning florals. Oh, yes, I will be back.
