I placed an order for the safari platter, an order of chocolate dipped pineapples and a chocolate pop. I received a different platter and nothing more! In the screenshots below you will see the difference between the two platters. Unfortunately I was not the one to receive the order when it arrived. The order came in around 6:45pm. When I saw two thirds of my order was missing, I tried calling customer service as well as the store, but could not reach anyone. The stores hours are shortened to 4pm during this pandemic. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of a call from the store confirming my order and the laziness of not fulfilling my full order after all I spent! I can understand giving me a call to say, "hey we were out of melons and bananas, also the chocolate pops so we will refund you for the items!" A total disgrace. Charged me for same dat delivery, processed the payment, delivered the next day, at the end of the day, and still haven't responded to my inquiry for a refund of delivery fees. That was December 23rd. It's now January 1st. I shopped with this company once a week. Sad to no longer be able to patronize because of this location. I've initiated at least 5 inquiries with case numbers, communicated on social media (Twitter, Instagram and Messenger), spoken with customer service representatives on multiple mainlines and left one voicemail message (out of at least 25 attempts to reach someone), taken by a store employee, for the manager at the actual store. I ordered a Wishing on a Star arrangement for my friend's 75th birthday. The picture below is what she received at almost 7 pm. I called and was told that the container was different. What I ordered sold for $79 and with delivery and tax cost just under $89. Please don't order from this place. You'll get substandard quality and horrible service. I placed an order to be delivered on Mother's Day but it never came. I understand delays happen but I would have expected an email or phone call informing me about it. I have called the establishment and emailed them to inquire about my order and have not yet been contacted. I am now out of pocket $130 and have no idea if I will get a refund or will eventually receive my order. I don't understand how a business can just take your money and not deliver what you paid for. Customer service here is terrible. I live out of state and ordered something 2-3 days prior to be delivered to my mom. Not only was the delivery late, they only delivered 1 out of the 3 things I ordered. When you call the store, no one answers. I'm surprised they are still open after seeing all of the complaints. They literally only have 2 stars because I was able to get a full refund after mentioning them on Twitter. Would give 0 stars if I could! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I placed an order online last week via edible arrangements main website to have it delivered today. Never received an updated email regarding the order status from the location. I called 10 times, 4 were busy, 4 gave me the voicemail where I couldn't leave a message and I was hung up on twice. Finally I called corporate and explained that I placed 3 separate orders online for 3 different recipients in 3 different states. The other 2 orders arrived before 11a in Phoenix and South Carolina. This one is still pending processing according to the order tracking system. Keep in mind I placed them all last week. I am military and now my moms gift hasn't arrived in time for her to receive it and it has nothing to do with me. Pay attention to these reviews..... I wish I had seen the others before ordering. Worst part is the main website suggested this location according to my moms home address. I am livid. NEVER AGAIN. I'm calling corporate to complain first thing in the morning. this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I walked in to no one at the counter (no big deal). then the door from the back opens to a worker with a box of popeye's chicken in hand and annoyed look. the worker said she was not able to eat as if it were the customers fault for coming in and interrupting. I simply bought a cup from the fridge and was allowed to pick it for myself. the box of popeye's chicken never left the workers hand or sight for the entire service and transaction. I ordered 3 arrangements on May 20. One was to be delivered from this 95th street location on the same day to a family for a funeral. But I never got a confirmation and I didn't want to ask them if they received it; so I tried to track it the next day and the delivery status said "it is being prepared". I tried to call them to find out why it hadn't been delivered the previous day. They not only wouldn't answer; but they had a recorded message that said "...busy due to Mother's Day." HUH?...That was almost 2 weeks ago! So I called the corporate office and they somehow got someone there to confirm the delivery was made and their online delivery status was wrong. I believed them because they also told me the delivery time and description of the person who received it. The other 2 orders were for the next day. One was out of town and it was perfect. The other one was also from this 95thstreet location - it was horrible! The pictures below show what was ordered; but what was delivered. I placed an online order on Monday for a cheesecake box and small balloons to be delivered to my mother on Thursday. I even called the store, "store #915" a 95th & Jeffery Location in Chicago and a young ghetto ass lady actually answered and confirmed my order was received and stated it would be delivered as late as 9pm that day. My mother sat around her home and waited, NEVER received her gift, and we never received an apology either. I have never received a service that was so disrespectful!. While the delivery man was on the phone trying to find my location he kept cursing and stating how much he hated delivering in the area he was in. When he finally arrived to the location he asked for my mother to come out to receive her arrangement and tried arguing with me when I refused to send her out there. It is her birthday and she is an elder- that is the purpose of me having it DELIVERED to her. When I tried calling the store to make a complaint no one would answer the phone. This place is horrible, my boyfriend purchased an arrangement to be delivered to the hospital I work at for Valentines Day, while he was out of town for the military and it was not delivered. No one called me even though he gave them my number and he asked for it to be dropped off before 3pm and they supposedly arrived at 5:30pm. I tried calling the location and they never answered during their business hours, I was also unable to leave a message. I never received a call nor the arrangement. It was our first Valentine's Day, I'm a Nurse and he was out of town for the Air Force, this meant a lot that he took the time to make my day special even while duty calls. Customer service at this location is horrible. From the person answering the phone sounding like I interrupted her to her not having any idea when the arrangement was going to be delivered. Finally I decided to pick it up myself & let's say I'm disappointed at the final display considering I spent a nice sum of money on the arrangement. Wouldn't visit this location again & I warn people to spend your money here at your on risk. I dont even yelp at all but the service in there is horrible. Waited in there for 15 minutes while one lady walked to the back and another one comes out and finally asks if I need help and I say yes. I'd like to place an order she tells me she doesn't think they are taking orders anymore? It's Valentine's Day and a day where you make most of the money you possibly can and you deny service I'm pretty sure because they were just lazy and didn't want to stay a little later then normally and I mind it it was only 3:30. I cannot even explain how bad this experience was! The most upsetting was the negative attitude and way that Evena spoke to me on the phone. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday on line. I was called by Evena the delivery driver the day after my sister was supposed to get her birthday delivery. She told me that she had been to her home yesterday and no one was there. She said she will only go once a day to Try to deliver again. When I couldn't reach my sister I went about my work day, Evena called me again about 20 minutes later. I hadn't heard from my sister but I told her she could deliver. I found out the next day that my sister never got her gift. When I called and asked Evena if it was delivered to the right address she yelled at me, basically screamed, that she handed it directly to my sister. Now I don't know about you, but when you pay 50$ for an arrangement and get yelled at by the delivery driver when they clearly don't give a crap about the customer or product, then you have no other recourse but to complain. I couldn't even get the satisfaction of complaining or get a word out without her saying "YOU BE WRONG!" I was so angry by the way I was treated I asked her what her name was, she didn't remember that I wrote her name down the day before. Ordered for Mother's Day on here for a Friday delivery. They claim they attempted delivery on this date but did not as the person was home ALL day and was waiting on this delivery. Then Saturday said they would delivery in the morning. Still did not and had to cancel as the person was leaving town. Said the manager would call me regarding my cancellation and never did. Called coporate on Monday and they only filed a complaint and would not reimburse me. Called store again and requested cancellation and they finally processed after 5 minutes and claims they delivered twice!
