Absolutely terrible customer service. if i could give no stars i would just because the way i was spoken too. my boyfriend went to buy me beautiful flowers & chocolates for my birthday. The chocolates were good. BUT The Flowers came already dead, i was telling my boyfriend; he said no give it a chance. So this morning which they were brought less than 24 hours ago are now dead. i called & the manager came on the phone aggressively & started saying how she made them & they aren't dead. I told her to stop cutting me off from talking. They wanted me to bring back DEAD FLOWERS, so they can give me new ones. This is exactly why this store has 0 stars. KEEP YOUR MONEY & go to another location. I just moved to Suffolk & i will never ever ever go there again especially with a manager who doesn't let the customer speak. Disgusting. I've been working in customer service for over 15 years & never would i allow any of this to go on. read more

I came to the store and purchased a fruit arrangement and 6 cheesecakes which the cashier recommended. When I returned the next day to pick up the order the cheesecakes apparently where not on the order. I would not have known as they don't give you a receipt for what you purchase it is emailed to you later. No problem I thought I would just add in the cheesecakes but the new cashier said she couldn't offer the advertised price of $19.99 as it wasn't included with my order from the day before. This place is bad news. No manager or anyone with authority on site. End result is incompetent help and overpriced product. Who needs a $132 fruit arrangement these days. What a rip off. read more

My dear friend sent me a VERY expensive edible arrangement that she confirmed with staff before ordering, that it would be delivered to my residence yesterday 4/14 before 12 noon. The order didn't arrive to my house until after 2pm when I was at my grandmother's funeral. Their classy delivery driver (sarcasm) was ready to leave the arrangement outside in 70+degree weather when no one was home. My friend called the business who then called the delivery driver who proceeded to yell on the phone and hang up. My husband had to leave the funeral to bring the melted chocolate and fruit inside. Clearly their customer service is horrible as well as their delivery service. read more

Always great fruit and nice presentation. I sent these out here and there and everyone loves them. Good congratulations gift or condolences instead of flowers. When you don't know what to send, this works! I have sent three this month alone and they all loved it. One tip though, if you get an email that they missed the person for delivery, but there's nothing you need to do because they will call....it's s good idea to call anyway and alert the receiver. It only happened once, but they never called the next day or same day. Luckily I alerted the recipient and she was able to call them. It was only once, but just monitor it if you get that email. read more

Absolutely disappointed with the service and what was received. My mother paid $190+ for a fruit arrangement, 3 birthday balloons, flowers and a large card. The kids only took two fruits from the whole thing. The melons were fine. But the strawberry was literally rotted underneath the chocolate. Water is dripping off of the pineapples. And one of the centers of the 'flowers' looks like it was bitten off. 5$ per ballon. We only received one. And the flowers are practically wilting. A manager was contacted and they wanted to only refund for the balloons making an excuse that it was the freezer in the truck that made the fruit go bad. Overall EXTREMELY disappointed. At least the card was made out of paper and printed well. Of course I'm not trying to be so rude about anything. But for that amount of money. This is ridiculous. Hope someone takes this into consideration. read more

GLEN OAKS Edible Arrangements is fabulous. The arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was fresh and delicious. I needed an arrangement sent "same day" to a doctor and his staff after having surgery. OLGA WAS THE BOMB !!!! When I called, Olga was professional, kind, helpful and very patient as she walked me through the ordering and delivery process. I could not have asked for a better experience being just one day post op. I highly recommend this location. read more

I ordered an huge arrangement today, along with balloons, a teddy bear and shareable salted caramel apple gift box. I was very impressed with how quickly my order was delivered to a hospital patient. Beautifully packaged, fresh and the high quality fruit and craftsmanship and the sweetest delivery guy in the world!!!!He would not even accept a tip from us. I was proud to be the sender. This is my first order, I have only been the receiver of these gifts which have always been top notch. The delivery man even did a follow up courtesy call to let me know delivery was made. I've always preferred edible arrangements over a bouquet of roses. Last week, I happened to be in the area and decided to place a quick order online as it was my sisters birthday. Immediately after placing the order I called to ask if they'll be able to get the arrangement ready in half in hour instead of an hour, they said it would not be an issue at all! Once I went to pick up this order I saw the adorable bear from the window display and added one to my order. Ordered a Large Pineapple Daisy arrangement with chocolate dipped strawberries for $50 on-line to pick up on Thanksgiving and relying on the picture posted when ordering was extremely disappointed with the actual product. It was embarrassingly small and when asked if this was a large please show me the small, they could not do so. The arrangement probably had $10 worth of fruit and some of it wasn't even ripe. If given the opportunity I'll post a photo using a luncheon napkin and cake plate for scale. Advise, choose another desert option or be prepare for disappointment. read more

The service could not have been better! I placed an order last night to be delivered today for a family that just lost a father. The driver tried to deliver but realized I had typed the address wrong. He identified the correct address, and called me to let me know. He also found that the family would not be home at the time and schedule to deliver it later in the day when they would be home. He went back about a half hour after they said they would be home, but they still were not. He called them and he called me to let me know that would be delivered the next day. However, the family called him to let him know they were home and he went back and delivered it about 15 minutes later. The service was excellent, the driver was considerate, and kept me informed of each step. I will highly recommend them and will definitely use this edible arrangements location again! read more
