I purposely waited a week to write this review so it wouldn't be written in anger or haste. I have purchased from EA for over a decade and this is my first time, I've used this location for a home delivery. My 85 year old sister was delivered spoiled fruit. I left a message with the store and email. The 2nd time I was able to speak with a nice woman without confrontation and she assured me her mgr, *ALI* would call me back. When I did not hear from him the next day. I called again for the 3rd time. When he heard my name, he immediately cut me off and was defensive and didn't let me finish my intro. He interrupted me and concluded unless I offered his driver an additional $20. for gas, he would gladly send another basket or she can come pick it up herself. I declined for three reasons. #1, my sister is 85 years old. And it was a surprise birthday gift. I wouldn't ask her to do that! And #2, I'm not spending another dime on already pricey fruit that should not have been spoiled to begin with! And #3, frankly, after the way he spoke to me over the phone, I don't trust his "fruit", because I for one do not trust him. (I dont return food to a waiter in a restaurant, if you get my drift.) I choose to take the high road and not be rude. I called the main office, they understood my circumstance in not putting my 85 year old sister out to the task and refunded me. Unfortunately I paid for a full fruit basket for a surprise gift for my lovely husband. They delivered it to the door with only the add-ons... I thought you know I've never had this happen to an edible arrangements delivery before let me go back and check my order as I could see I had a full order of a fruit basket there... With the rest of the add-ons unfortunately the phone continue to ring and ring and ring and no one was able to call me back. I'm very disappointed at this edible arrangements location and I am used to much better customer service elsewhere . This was the remake of the order that was placed that I never received as a delivery. Did you notice how the cantaloupe and honeydew melon's are chopped and pre-punctured as if the edible arrangements took them off of a pre-existing arrangement. It was thrown about and unfortunately the pineapple and other fruit did not taste as yummy as we know edible arrangements to be. This is a definite thumbs down and is a poor imitation of the wonderful edible arrangements that we know. read more

I ordered a strawberry bouquet from this location on the 8th of February from this location for Valentines (today). Confirmation email states that on holidays, residential deliveries. My wife and I get a call just before 8PM saying drivers are coming back and making no deliveries. And offered to re-deliver. This has to be the worst Edible Arrangements in the world. My family has had issues with this location multiple times now and won't be going back. Hours on weekends suck. When you call it doesn't always say they're closed, it just goes straight to a voice mailbox that's already full, so you can't get help there. They're delivering your orders so late it renders itself almost useless. When you place an order for a holiday delivery weeks ahead of time and they don't receive it until after 8pm, the holiday is basically over and the person you sent the gift to has already assumed you've forgotten them. They need some major reworkings of their delivery methods here and customer service. It's rare to see this many bad reviews in one place. This place deserves it though. read more

Well no wonder why this place has a 2.2 star rating on google and a 1.5 star rating on yelp. Smh! Per usual, My husband ordered me some chocolate covered strawberries (I think it was a 12 count) to my job. I never eat the whole thing by myself so I always let my coworkers get some. Every since one of my coworkers that bit into the strawberry said it was EXTREMELY SOFT & MUSHY (probably because the strawberries were old). So I called the store to inform them. I was told to leave my name and number so they could pull my order and then give me a call back. That was about 1:30. Lucky, the store is literally 2 mins from my house. So after I left work I stopped by the store and brought the strawberries that had not been bitten into. Any of the strawberries that had been bitten into by my coworkers I asked them to take them out their trash can so I could take a picture just for proof. When I got to the store and gave them the ones I had along with showing the pictures. One of the staff members (she was nice) came back out with a box of six to replace them. I informed her I either want a full refund or I want what my husband paid for! THE FULL 12! The rude owner came out and went on to say she could not give me a full refund because I did not bring all 12 back. Okay, that's fine and understandable! But I do want my entire 12 strawberries my husband paid for. So after a few more minutes of listening to her attitude and me showing her the pictures.
