Local to its core, Love Street is a true Smyrna treasure! Located on Concord Road between Atlanta Road and South Cobb intersections sits the cute little house that screams "local"! In addition to all the goodies inside the store, they also have a great garden/plant section outside behind the picket fence. We really enjoy Love Street and for good reason, actually many reasons... Service - Always welcoming, helpful and friendly! Every person we have encountered here, whether it be in the main shop or in the garden shed has been great! Inventory - Not only do they have a lot of local branded items, they also feature a lot of locally sourced and created items including artwork, accessories, snacks, foods, clothing, etc...In addition to these items, they have plenty of unique things that make great gifts...even some items of the gag variety! It really is a hodgepodge of inventory as you will see local made honey next to tumblers and coasters in one room, walk through a doorway to get to toys, dog accessories and clocks then wonder into a room filled with shirts and magnets only to turn the corner to find shelves of soap and candles! Outside they have a beautiful garden area that features all varieties of plants and flowers, and accessories including some fantastic flower pots! We have lived nearby here for years and never visited. What a mistake that was! The garden and patio area has unique, beautiful pieces of yard decoration from bird baths to plant holders to ornaments. They have a variety of adorable flags and even fun little parachutes you can hang in your trees! The variety of plants is impressive and it's so pleasant just to walk around and look. The store has a vast amount of great gift items like cups, crystals, personalized wine stoppers, jewelry, essential oils, sports merch, toys, and funny Knick knacks. Everything here is significantly more unique and personalized than you would find at a typical store, and I will not go back to another place for plants, gifts, or garden things again. read more

I adore Love Street and Heart & Soul - the side by side Sister Stores. I like them even more now that they opened a little Garden Shop. I stopped by their Garden Party this past weekend and the place was buzzing. Shout out to the Cafe Jam Band! Behind the white picket fence, to the left of Love Street, is an area with cute garden ornaments, planters, herbs, perennials, flowers and loads of lush green plants. Inside the cute cabin you can find fairy garden items, chimes, pots and much more. I bought an adorable moss planter in the shape of a purse that will look great with small flowers in it. Is this a mom's paradise complete with doo-dads, smelly fluff, quirky clothes, wordy decor, and a unique gift for everyone, and I mean everyone, in your life? Absolutely. Speaking of life, Love Street was one of the first locales to sell masks when we needed them. That speaks volumes in my book. Prices vary from waaaay over priced to very reasonable. Went in to purchase multiple things for some gardening and a baby shower. All Beautiful things until you meander into the back room. In that room, there is an entire shelf and area dedicated to Joe Biden, Harris, Abrams merchandise. So is very mean spirited and there are some serious cuss words in that room, too. It has it all: trendy women's/young adult clothes, jewelry, shoes, home decor, chalk paint, baby, etc. I love their selection and can always find something for the impossible gift needs. Cute store but the workers in there are rude and arrogant. I live in Smyrna and like to support the small businesses but every time I've been they are extremely rude and when my kids are with me they follow us around like we are going to steal something. I've been away from Yelp for too long! Dealing with some family illnesses - but I'm back! So to speak. I'm actually not truly back - in town that is - but I figured it might be a good time to write some of the reviews I've visited and bookmarked. So here's the first of them: Love Street is nice - but it can be a bit overwhelming. The place a jam-packed / cram-packed (I know - that's not a real word) with all sorts of goodies. So if you're really looking for something in particular - you're going to want to ask the staff. There's so much stuff - you might just overlook it. Having said that - I suggest going earlier in the day - when you have more time to pause and really, really look around. Several times I paused to look at something but had to keep moving out of the way because other people were trying to get around me. If you don't like people in your 'personal space bubble,' you'll have a real problem here. But I digress . . . I actually ventured in here looking for some terracotta plant nannies - they only had the glass ones - but I came back and purchased some gifts for friends a few days later. I highly recommend dropping by if you're stumped for ideas and you're shopping for a co-worker gifts, bridal shower gifts. (Just in case you're curious - I bought one of those Tervis wine goblet tumblers for a wine-loving friend. And for my shoe-loving Mom - I bought a pair of those wood-soled sandals with interchangeable ribbon ties. They're sometimes referred to as the "infinity sandal" due to the "limitless styling options.") read more

I love the products here. Items are different, fun, clever and quirky. Several items are also local as far as I can tell. It's like caffeine -- can't quit it! In general, can be a little pricy though. Another downside - the hours are unpredictable. They once told me they were open during Mother's Day (perfect little trip for the ladies, I thought). Pity: when I got there the store was closed. Ugh! This happened before - it's supposed to be open and . . .nope! So, if you want a cool trinket or to test your patience, this is the place for you. I give it 2.5 or an iffy 3 stars. Not sure - I might try it again. #heartbreaker. UPDATE : I bought the Willie Wonka style of store hours to the attention of the staff who relented that someone at the store did not provide the correct hours to me. The best thing about Love Street is the addition of a new garden area with numerous plants and unique accessories. It's beautifully laid out and merchandised. The main Love Street gift shop is fine, but doesn't offer a lot of originality. You've probably seen everything they sell elsewhere and the rooms and merchandising aren't especially inviting. Also be aware that some of their items are more akin to what you'd find at Spencer Gifts, so it hardly creates a wholesome, family shopping experience. read more

I adore this place. This is such a cute boutique gift shop and I'm happy they are right here in Smyrna. I recently had a request for personalized wine glasses that featured my neighborhood, and they were happy to order them! I was shocked, in a very good way! I went up as soon as I could to pick them up and explore the store. Me and my friends were very pleased and will return to purchase gifts and such for friends and family. The prices are a bit high, but I'm happy to support local businesses and they did go out of their way to order precisely what I wanted. I will be back! read more

They have such a variety and the average prices were around $20 for a knick knack, wall hanging, home decor, etc. so I didn't see evidence that their prices were on the high side. You can find something unique for under $20 - easily! Two stars because I love the items that I got from this boutique. When my niece and I entered the establishment we were not greeted. I would not have found this to be odd except the ladies entering behind us were greeted by not one, but two staff members. During checkout, I asked my cashier a question regarding the leather purses and she just stared at me. As another reviewer mentioned, the customer service here leaves much to be desired. Their items are lovely and they have a great selection of unique gift ideas. However, that does not make up for the fact that I was niether greeted when I entered the establishment, not was I asked if I needed help during my entire visit (I was there for at least 30 minutes, and the store is small enough for each employee to notice me). When i did ask for assistance, i was told to "check out back" for the item i was looking for, and i wasn't even directed to where "out back" was. I had to find it for myself. They are currently running a remodeling sale, and all items, storewide, are 50% for the next month or so. That being said, the same ladies who never greeted me also didn't want to honor 50% off the sale price of an item i brought to the register. I was told the 50% off applies to the retail price only. It was a small difference in cost, but the signs around the store did NOT specify that detail. Eventually they honored the lowest price, but it was clear they were not happy about it. I would definitely go back, because the sale is wonderful, and their inventory is worth a visit alone. Hopefully they will also remodel their customer service practices while they're fixing up store. read more

Not handicap accessible. A friend of mine came to visit and wanted to shop at the boutiques that I always talked to her about with them being right around the corner from my house that I shopped at all the time. She is in a wheelchair and couldn't go in the store because not only do they not have entrance for handicap, but she wouldn't have even been able to get around in the store because everything it so tightly spaced. Also after having my first child having a newborn in stroller I was unable to visit the store. This needs to be fixed because I am SURE that there is others mothers with strollers and people in wheelchairs that would want to shop but can not. read more

Love love love the clothing and over all appeal of the store. However, the workers are VERY snobby. I've met one or two friendly ones but the rest are not. I have never been greeted in the store and the customer service is very poor. I do not feel welcomed in the store at all and I feel as if the workers are very judgy.
