It was my daughter's wedding day on May 9th, but due to COVID 19, we had to postpone the wedding. The team bride decided to cheer the young couple with all kind of sweets food gifts and.... flowers, which was ordered from this lousy florist...everything arrived except the flowers , which ruined the day. When I called the owner he couldn't tell me why the flowers weren't delivered, he didnt know what happened, and guess what he offered right away an easy way out for his trouble, "let me refund you". If I needed that money I woudlnt have ordered 5 days ahead flowers, money was taken from my account immediately, but flowers? No smell of it, this horrible owner hang up on me the phone without giving any logical explanation....as if he was saying , talk to the hand...beware of this old a*le florist. Horrible customer service Irresponsible owner (YOU should have checked) Lousy business, when I called yesterday no one even answered the phone. My son purchased a Rubber Tree Plant from this florist in addition to a planter. The plant was diseased, and in a small container, the florist covered root rot by decorating. Once I decided to change it to a planter that was when I discovered it was diseased. I spoke with supervisor Urbina she told me several lies about a refund and blamed me for not taking care of the plant. When in reality the plant was doomed from the beginning with leaves slowly falling off. read more

I was not very please with the flowers sent for my sister in the Cobb County Hospital. The flowers sent were NOT the flowers ordered on the web page. They were the wrong size, some different flowers and did not even look like the picture, that I had paid for. They were a totally different made up arrangement . What was delivered looked nothing like the picture on their website. The only reason I give them 1 star is for the delivery was on time. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Very embarrassed!! This was an online order due to family member who passed lived in another state & when we arrived at the funeral home we had to literally look at the card to see that it was from our family because it was nothing like what was pictured on their website. I had the most unfortunate and horrible incident with another florist in Mableton, GA (Flower Cottage is awful - they will not honor prices listed on their webpage). I was ordering flowers for my dear friend who lives in Mableton. She is always so giving of herself and I wanted to make her a recipient of the love she so freely shares with others. I live in South Florida and ordered a bouquet of sunflowers, my fav and now her fav, to be delivered to her on Thursday, Feb. 12 before the Valentine's Day rush kicked in. Well, the associate from Briarwood called me on the Thursday the flowers were to be delivered to inform me that the ones he received from the wholesaler were "not good" and he didn't want to send them out looking like that. He asked if he could deliver on tomorrow, Feb. 13th instead because the wholesaler stated he would deliver a better batch. I, of course, agreed and thanked him for his amazing service, attention to detail and quality of his product. The flowers were delivered today and my friend said they were beautiful. She sent me a picture and they have to be some of the most beautiful sunflowers I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot, remember they are my fav flower :-). Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I ordered delivery for the day after Mother's Day. The flowers were not what was pictured on the website at all. I was aware that a substitution of same grade and caliber could be delivered, but the one I ordered had 3-4 colors and a mix of different flowers, my mom received all white flowers and definitely neither fresh flowers nor the expected arrangement. We joked that it was made for a funeral. Very disappointed and wasted my money. read more

If I could give a negative star I would give this place 3 negative ones. These people were horrible. Coleen was very condescending on the phone. My coworker ordered Mother's day flowers to be delivered next day. When the flowers arrived her mother sent a photo and the bouquet received was NOT the bouquet advertised. When my coworker called about the quality of the product received, Coleen disregarded professionalism and would call my coworker honey and sweetie in a very condescending tone. She completely disregarded every request that she stop calling her anything but my coworkers name. Coleen did not care about the quality of the arrangement (which was supposed to be at least 4-5 different flowers and what was sent was 3 different flowers most of them withering or daisies) and showed no concern about the quality of the product she "saw" going out. When addressed about the dying flowers (which were most of them) she argued that the flowers were fresh and had just been received Monday. It is disgusting how this company would scam people by offering one product online with a certain description and provide something completely and utterly different; both in looks and quality. They completely ruined the mother's day surprise. read more
