My uncle was a patient in a nearby hospital and this shop had great reviews. The pros: *Charley was super helpful and made great suggestions for a colorful and masculine arrangement. *The arrangement made my uncle smile. *The peacock feathers were a really cool touch. The cons: *I was disappointed that some of the roses started to putter out by the next day. My uncle received the arrangement on a Friday, this picture was from Saturday. Dead rose, front and center. *As someone who has ordered a fair amount of flowers, I'd like to think I set a pretty generous budget, and I had hoped to get a little more for my money. I was especially pleased dealing with this shop. I had never used a actual florist out of state but she definitely make it super easy and comforting at the same time. It was very easy to communicate what I wanted the payment and also delivery was a breeze. Sat, 1 Sept 2018 I've ordered birthday flowers from Ms. Charley for three years. She always has dazzled the birthday girl and me with the freshness, quality, and exotic nature of her flowers. Charley's personality and service are exceptional, too. Luxuriating in her cultured Atlantan drawl is like attending your favorite niece's wedding on Charley's antebellum estate, where only minutes earlier she had introduced you so, so smoothly to the love of your life. Charley is gracious not to bill me for it, but I happily would pay her a $50 per order fee as thanks for her giving me a social life in an otherwise inaccessible place and time. The green roses in the photo are the ones I ordered today. I never had heard of a green rose, so Charley immediately sent me a cellphone photo to reassure me that they were not the color of an algae-covered leprechaun's hat. Appropriate for her locale, they are the color of a slice of key lime pie viewed through green sunglasses. Note that the heads are the size of grapefruits. I had made a stink making sure she went to a florist not the grocery store, meanwhile my grocery store flowers that I bought a week ago look better than this bouquet. So today I went in to this establishment which I have visited three times since I have lived in Sandy Springs. The first two times I went I had a great experience. Today was NOT so great. A older gentleman sitting on the couch was extremely rude to me from the moment I walked in . I was there to see Charlie who helped me the past visits . He would not allow me to wait and discuss my business with her . He told me NO ! For something that she has helped me with in the past. By her name being on the door I assumed she was / is the owner. His whole attitude was disrespectful to say the least! I left the establishment completely upset and I will never return. If this man is the owner- someone needs to tell him that Customer Service is key to business success. The worst part about it - He never got off the couch to address me or acknowledge my business. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Hands down the worst experience with a florist ever. My husband pre-ordered 2 arrangements for Valentines Day, 1 for our daughter, 1 for myself. The small arrangement for our daughter was delivered and had the card that belonged with my arrangement. I thought it was for myself, but my husband told me there should have been 2 arrangements. He tried calling but no one answered the phone after 5 tries. So he had to take an hour out of his day to drive over there on his lunch break. They told him it was a mistake and that they forgot to deliver the other arrangement but they would send it back out within a couple hours. At 7 pm, we decided they weren't coming. My husband was furious. At 9pm our doorbell rings for the flower delivery waking up our 9 month old... My husband ordered these flowers weeks ago and they got delivered at 9 pm on Valentine's Day. We tried to call again the day after and of course no one answers their phone. So I went by to inform the owner of how horrible of an experience we have, and some old man that works there raised his voice and was telling me it was my husbands fault for ordering the flowers on Valentine's Day- when I told him he ordered them 2 weeks ago he got even more defensive and rude. The owner couldn't find our invoice because they are so disorganized. She offered me a bag of rose petals for the inconvenience- are you kidding me? The owner couldn't find the invoice, offered no solution, and took my number and said she would call me if she found it. This place is an absolute joke. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars. I hired her for the wedding based on previous arrangements I purchased from her in the past and I know how talented she is. No surprise, she did an amazing job on the entire wedding! The arrangements were breathtaking. Her suggestions made the most gorgeous and magnificent pieces. She took care of everything, the arch, runner, candles, table top and submerged candles in water. Runway floating flowers in submerged candles for lighting. AlHer crew came in and did the change over from the ceremony to the reception. Everything ran so smoothly. She even caught a mistake the crew at the venue were about to make and stepped in. She even showed the bridesmaids how to hold their flowers in unison for the best photos. The lighting was romantic and her suggestions, previous experience and expertise made this wedding day perfect. I received countless compliments on how gorgeous the arrangements were!!
