I love being surprised, I just do. I also love when I can get some cold to drink or eat during the sweltering months of summer. But what if those two were rolled up into one? Well guess what, they are. I found myself stopping by the downtown Augusta location just to look around again. It was then that I remembered that they have smoothies and the taste of pineapple and strawberry called my name. While being prepared, I was informed of how all Edible Arrangement smoothies are made with an orange juice base, not water like many. To no surprise, they use fresh fruit in their ingredients. They are premiering some new flavors come next month, including watermelon, so I will have to stop back in soon. I also learned of their "apple doughnut", a slice of apple dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles. This place has more than you would anticipate, and that's a good thing. Stop in soon and see for yourself.

The chocolate covered strawberries were great quality. They're pricey, but the berries are very large and have a good amount of chocolate. I appreciated that the packaging was sturdy and each berry was in a cupcake liner to prevent leakage. I picked up an order on Valentine's Day, and the staff was nice and competent despite the store being extremely busy with a line out the door. read more

I received as a get well arrangement. At delivery, I immediately notice bruised strawberries and some mushy looking fruit. The delivery person noticed it as well and said let me call the owner and came back and said the "owner" said fruit was cut today and was fine. I can either give it back for the sender to get refund. I didn't want to seem ungrateful to the sender so I accepted it. Seems to me he didn't give a damn about presentation or quality . CustOmer service isn't what it used to be. He didn't even say I'll replace it and take it back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their product was subpar !!! I have video of basket but can't upload!! The basket was sicker than me!!! This was Mullins Colony Evans store read more

SHOULD BE CALLED INEDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. I received a fruit arrangement Mother's Day 2020 from my kids. The strawberries had fur growing on them and the green grapes were turning brown. I had to drive to the store to return it. They gave a partial refund. I was told the delivery fee was being kept because it costs their driver gas to deliver. I filed a BBB complaint for the delivery fee to be refunded and compensation for my time and gas. Their response was I was not their client. They didn't even bother apologizing or defending the fruit that was unfit for consumption. They still refuse to give them back the delivery or compensation for my gas and time. My time and gas is just as valuable as their driver's time and gas. read more
