I called and spoke to Jean about ordering a special flower arrangement for my dear friend who had passed. She was so kind, sympathetic, and professional. She suggested a large dish garden which could be kept by the family. Jean made it especially beautiful by adding some fresh flowers, twigs and wooden knots for added height, and an intertwining ribbon with a sentiment for my friend on it. She put several plants, moss and other greenery in a large wooden rustic planter that was very nice and different from most containers. It was just lovely! I could not have been more pleased and proud to say that the arrangement came from my family. Many people asked me about it, and I was happy to recommend the Bloom Closet to them. I am skeptical about ordering online for floral arrangements because I have had such horrendous experiences in the past. Wanted to do something really special for my granddaughter, since I live in California I couldn't be there to hug her and wish her a Happy Birthday.
