Always get great customer service here, I typically deal with them through their online site, which is really user friendly or over the phone. I've had to change delivery addresses in the middle of the day and they've never given me a hard time and have always changed the route. Arguably the best in Augusta. Although they are sometimes pricy, it is a smaller business with small business values and customer service in mind and I think paying a little extra for those things is better than supplying big box stores. *** you can request certain flowers and make notes if you want to change anything out. I had a dilemma with Easter coming and not being able to see my elderly parent due to the COVID-19 shut down. I now live in Charlotte and I called Flowers in Broad and talked with Ginger. She completely understood my situation especially as Easter is a big celebration in my family. I gave her a price amount and asked her to make a spring bouquet of her choice ( I have found that always gives you the freshest flowers) for my Mom. I did need it to be delivered by a specific time as her caregiver would be available to get it from the front porch(social distancing). Flowers on Broad exceeded my expectations! They delivered it earlier to ensure that Mom was able to enjoy them for Easter. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and each flower bloom was at its peak freshness. NEVER ORDER FROM Here!!! I never write reviews but this shop has really dropped the ball. I have to say I am completely baffled at the way the staff conducts business. I asked for 2 arrangements one for $100 and another for a dear friend plagued with cancer for a bit more. Two weeks after sending out the arrangement I received a call that they had misplaced my credit card info and would I please resend it. I graciously resent them my card. They charged my card $440... Let me write this again $440!!!! Please look at the flower photos attached. What on earth. These are not for a wedding they are standard arrangements. Lastly, when communicating with the owner he said it was the price we verbally agreed upon and then proceeded to comment on my level of class. What!?!? Please note I previous ordered flowers from here for my Mother and left it up to the florist. What a mistake. Have a look! yellow and orange?!?! For my mother? This was my first order with Flowers on Broad. Giving them another chance I was very Meticulous in my instructions. As you can see the arrangements improved but are not worth $440. So I am officially done with this shop. For this price I'll be ordering from Paris next time. Lol read more

We lost our Mom and Dad within 3 weeks of each other, the staff was so wonderful in assiting us in selecting to flowers and easing the stress of such an emotional time. Ours Dad's we weren't sure of what flowers to order, colors etc, but we were shown some beautiful flowers choices that made the process so simple. It was just as we imagined. With our Mom we were able to show them a photo as an example of what we liked and it was simply gorgeous! UPDATE 1/5/2021 Unfortunately, I'm having to give this business a one star rating due to the fact that they have NOT refunded the difference from not fulfilling my order correctly back in December like they said they would. I have emailed them with no response at this point as well. The bouquet was nice but I paid for the deluxe and I did not get that. And the shoppe is kind of pricey. UPDATE: The flower shoppe refunded the price difference for the deluxe order compared to what my Mom received. I didn't even ask them to, they just did it. So, thank you to the shoppe for that. Don't pass them up! Flowers on Broad truly stepped up for me today. I was late ordering flowers and started down the list of florists in the local area on Yelp. I'm so very happy that the first 4 either didn't answer the phone or had disconnected phone numbers. Ginger was delightful to work with. She was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very clear with my needs but left the design to her, understanding that this was a last-minute order. The arrangement was to be delivered and I requested a specific delivery window. Needed a bouquet for a friend's wife for a celebration - hit Costco and their $15-20 bouquets were a bit ratty looking. The Fresh Market has pretty good flowers but you need to blend the flowers and filler yourself and didn't wish to bother so I Googled up FOB downtown. I paid just under $5o for a "premium" bouquet of their creation and the recipient went completely gaga over them. Me, I was a tad underwhelmed really but evidently the bouquet cranked her up and I got a thank you card and cake... your results may vary. read more

Someone sent me flowers from this company and requested that they be delivered after 3pm, which they said was fine. They attempted to deliver at 11:00am. When I went to the store to pick up my gift (about 2pm), they could not find my flowers. Once they found my flowers, I asked why they could not be delivered, and she proceeded to tell me that the drivers were now off. I left the store and saw the trucks pulling into the store. They did not put the vase in a box for transport, so I had to transport the flowers in my lap (while driving). For $80 for roses and delivery, I expected more. read more

In the past two years, Flowers on Broad have done the arrangements for the weddings of both of my sisters, one at Sacred Heart, the other at an estate in Aiken... In addition to multiple arrangements that I have ordered for family members. I don't live close, and used to be apprehensive just ordering flowers that usually aren't the cheapest, but I couldn't be happier to do business with them! My family sent me flowers from this florist for my birthday, and I noticed right away some of the flowers weren't that fresh looking. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but sure enough they were almost all wilted by the next morning. I informed my family of this so that they never use this place again. I feel awful that they wasted so much money on flowers that should have been in great condition but weren't. Meanwhile, my flowers from Kroger have already lasted a week and are STILL alive. So, you'd be better off getting flowers from a grocery store than you would be buying from this place. Avoid unless you actually want to give someone dead flowers. read more

Awful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not only did they harass me for money the day my mom died from breast cancer (and they were aware of the situation), they didn't communicate with anyone from the wedding party about where the corsages and boutonnières were, so they weren't even used in the wedding. And when we called about getting some sort of refund for those items, they refused said they told "a man in uniform", which was my cousin in his marine uniform who had no say so in the wedding planning whatsoever. The way they treated me showed me that they are only concerned about the money vs. serving the customer. read more

This place is hands down as good as it gets. I got married back in July and Brent and his team were awesome. In the first meeting we went over everything including payment and when the final payment was due. I changed my flowers a few times and made calls for advice and their opinion, and they never made me feel like I was an annoyance or bothering them. They adjusted the invoice up until the final walk through was done with my planner and everything was BEAUTIFUL. Brent's ideas were far beyond what I expected. He even took into consideration that I have allergies. They are not out to take your money, in fact, they try to give you the best deal for your budget.They worked with my planner on every detail and even made it a point to come down and personally wish me well on my wedding day! I still have people (some that I do not know) ask me who did the flowers for our wedding. I would recommend them 1000 times with no question.I actually still have my bouquet and it looks great after 6 months ( I preserved it myself). read more
