Today I came for the chocolate dipped bananas because they are amazing. $5.99 for a "cone" of them. I love caramel and candy apples and it's harder than I'd like it to be to find them. I ordered the salted caramel chocolate apple twice now. I ordered for pickup and I got an email when it was ready. Perfect! Only $6.99. I will be back for more! MOLDY! 622 Mullins Colony Drive Evans, GA 30809 location. They need to update their address since they relocated. I wish I could give 0 stars due to their unsatisfactory fruit and customer service. I am a military member stationed in Augusta, Ga that received an $86 edible arrangement including balloons from my siblings on my birthday. When I opened it, I noticed that a few of the berries were moldy. Therefore, I called to report it and the manager asked that I bring it in to receive a replacement. I brought the arrangement back to the store and respectfully requested a refund instead because after having moldy berries I was disturbed. The manager told me that I could NOT get a refund because I wasn't the person that purchased it. I told her that she could just refund the card that was used and she refused. I asked the manager what I needed to do get my little sister a refund and she refused to give any suggestions besides replacing the arrangement. I asked her for the owner's information and she refused to provide that as well and supposedly took my name and number for him to contact me. I left the store and told my sister to call and request a refund. She called and was told that they had inspected the arrangement and didn't see any mold. Luckily, I took pictures before I returned it. She was partially refunded because I'd left the balloons at my house. They told her that I could return the balloons for the remainder of the refund so the next day I returned with the balloons the next day and they refused to give a refund yet again saying that due to COVID they could not accept the return. How are they able to accept a moldy arrangement and bring it into their workstation to inspect it but they can't accept balloons? This was not the first time that I received subpar fruit from them but it will be the last. I gave them the utmost respect and received a slap in the face as though it were my fault their berries were decayed. read more
