I really enjoyed my stay at the Three Seasons Resort. I booked it on a whim with recommendations from some coworkers and I'm so happy I did. I looked at several locations on the strip, like The Bluebird and The Corsair, The Three Seasons was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great and convenient near grocery stores, coffee shops, breakfast/ lunch spots, and great dinner restaurants. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as they had a full size fridge, kitchenette, large bathroom, and even a pull out couch for extra sleeper room. I liked the balcony with the seating to enjoy your ocean view over the courtyard. A great way to start your day with breakfast on your own private patio and then a quick walk down to the beach. This place was great for families and kids. The center courtyard was so nice with amenities like grills, picnic tables, and covered umbrella tables. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice and very clean. The rooms were very clean and organized. Staff were very friendly. I especially liked the women at the front desk. Check in was smooth and check out was smooth. They were very personable and authentic. Even the maintenance workers were friendly and personable. The only thing that would change is the timing on the maid services. While my family was waking up on day 2 at 8:30am we were not waking up to alarms but knocking on the door for the cleaning service. The bedroom is the room you walk into from the outside walkway into the room, so I got up out of bed, opened the door to see housekeeping and I politely asked them to come back later we'll be out and about around 9:30am. I put the tag on the outside of the door. At 9am I get another knock on the door for housekeeping. Again I open and they say they're here for the room. I did gesture to the "do not disturb sign" On the door and asked if they'd come back after they were done with the room next door. We're leaving within 10 minutes. Assuming they would've come back after that. We left for the day around 9:25 and came back around 5:30pm. Nobody came back to clean the room, fix up the beds, and or provide us new towels, so I had to call the front desk. Which again the front desk was wonderful and thankfully sent maintenance up with new towels for us. Overall with the "do not disturb" sign on the door and the double knock within a half hour I find that a little annoying. That could be a do better for next time. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. This was an excellent resort for family to stay. Short drives to Chatham and the surround restaurants and shops. The short walk to the beach was great. Awesome for fishing off the rocks. Courtyard was nice for BBQ and kids to run around. Pools were clean and heated. I didn't use the fitness facility but it looked great when I went in and they have a laundry room on site for last minute spills or if you want to get yours in before you leave. Again, great place for families! Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Booking was easy with booking.com read more

I'm surprised by the bad reviews... this place exceeded our expectations by far! Room: 5/5. It was more like two rooms. It was clean and spacious. It had a bedroom, large bathroom, a good size living room/kitchen area with a gas fireplace, and a large balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard area with views of the ocean. The kitchenette had a microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, small cooktop, and a full size fridge. The cabinets were stocked with cooking utensils, paper towels, dish soap, and detergent packets. We were only here for two nights so we didn't really utilize the kitchen area, but we easily could have stayed here for a full week and been happy. I would recommend bringing your own K-cups if you enjoy a nice cup of coffee; the complimentary ones were weak! Our bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bathroom vent worked well. Toiletries and hairdryerwere typical hotel-fare, so bring your own. The thermostat for the heating/AC was a little wonky but thankfully we were able to figure it out. Housekeeping comes daily to replace towels but does not clean, change bedding, or replenish coffee/toiletries unless you specifically request it. Location: 5/5. Just a small walkway to the beach and a short driving distance from many stores and good restaurants. Grounds: 5/5. Everything looked well-maintained and the courtyard area had propane grills, plenty of picnic tables, a little golf put area, an indoor pool, and a outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was heated and was the perfect temp for a 50 degree night. Grilling utensils and lobster pots were available upon request. We loved it! Overall I would love to stay here in the summer. read more

Room was clean and comfortable, warm for this time of the year, with limited supply of amenities (one has to request extra coffee... toiletries which at 15F degrees is a bit inconvenient both for the guests and housekeeping staff who have to make the trip from main hotel to the studios - site. Guest services, front desk during the afternoon shift was barely passable: no welcome, no greeting, no how may I be of help,? my name is ... Instead a grumpy man treats you as if they are doing you a favor versus treating you as the paying guest! GM acted as if one is in the wrong while bringing this to his attention, not believing "the" guest! Why on earth will I waste my time, energy when I did not receive the professional hospitality they claim to be known for? read more

We were so pleased with our stay at Edgewater. The woman at the front desk when we arrived, Taylor, was so kind and helpful; we immediately felt welcome. She helped us get a room last minute, and was extremely patient and friendly. What an angel!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor and it was very clean and beautifully set up. The balcony had a great view of the private beach that we could access through a short path from the center of the grounds. The indoor and outdoor pool were clean, well kept, and both were heated and open from 9am-9pm. The hot tub was the perfect addition. The property even has designated smoking areas that are convenient and set to the side of the property within view of the private beach. You really can't go wrong with booking at the Edgewater! We will definitely be back! read more

The three star review was due the lack of response to our request to check our room for dirty clothes, worth approximately $500, left behind at checkout. The response was completely unacceptable and resulted in a 2 day delay in checking the room after which we were told that our clothes could not be found. The indifference by the employees on the front desk to our request and repeated phone calls was disappointing. Since our initial review was written we have contacted the General Manager and his quick response and attitude has positively affected our perception of the resort. Our clothes were found mislabeled with a different room number and are being mailed to us by the resort. Except for this problem our stay was very enjoyabl. read more

Had a timeshare here for over 10 years. I'll give it to anyone who wants it...for free. Room was dirty (recleaned very well when asked) Many beach chairs broken Refrigerator drawers broken Dishwasher drawers broken Dresser drawers broken/poor condition Fitness center equipment poorly maintained and staff tries to kick people out 20-30 minutes before it closes Condo fee absolutely exhorbidant for the quality of the amenities. ($1000 per year now and goes up every year) Condo fee raised even more than usual this year because another building that the edgewater owns down the road got damaged during a winter storm. That should not be your responsibility  DO NOT EVER EVER BUY A TIMESHARE HERE NO MATTER WHAT. THERE ARE FAR BETTER RESORTS read more

Edgewater Beach Resort - Rusty gym equipment and the seat adjusters are rusted closed. This place sucks - Hotels Near Me - Dennisport, Massachusetts

Edgewater Beach Resort Miramar We checked in Monday June 26, Tuesday there was no a/c in our into until 8pm, we found bugs in the kitchen cabinets and bathroom, the ice maker makes about 20 cubes of ice at a time, there is some sort of construction which sounds like someone banging on pipes every day from 9am to 5pm and I've reported all these issues and no one seems to be concerned. We are staying in unit 1100, given the price we paid to stay here I expected a much better experience. We will not stay here again. read more

We were here off season in December, staying in a one bedroom. Rooms seem to have been upgraded with wood floors, new furniture flat screen tvs. Bed was comfortable and dressers to store clothes were ample. Large bathroom with granite double sink, porcelain tile lots of storage and plenty of towels.. Our room was very clean, a small kitchen area was enough for us . Dining table for 4 was large, spacoius to do puzzles or games but took away from the living room and fireplace area. Deck area off the living room. Nice gas fireplace in the living room area. Bedroom is the room you enter when entering your unit, also is along the outside deck so people coming and going enter their units pass your bedroom. The walls are thin, i can hear conversations next door. The resort is not full now, in December, but i imagine hearing running children etc in the winter and noise from rooms. Steps to the beach, nice for a walk this time of year, beautiful sunsets every night. We didnt use the gym or pools, but the indoor pool was open and guests were using it. Great mid cape location to explore the cape. read more

Stayed here during Xmas break with my kids. The person at the front desk was very sweet and knowledgeable. The jacuzzi and pool were warm and WiFi worked great. I will come back again and again. Thank you!! read more

With great expectation, my husband and I took our grandsons for a vacation at the beach. I can't express how disappointed and upset we were when our four year old grandson woke up covered with bed bug bites. Our call to management has gone unanswered. Please do not take a chance staying here. I would think that someone would want to speak with us and prevent that from happening to the next guests. I most definitely will not stay again. read more

The place is okay. It was great a few years ago when it first opened but as the other review says its only going downhill. Bring back the hot tubs and you'll get me happy again! Also, the A/C isn't working barely at all in many rooms the people I've talked to say. Including my room. read more

As I sit here wide awake at 5 am on my first night here I am trying to find the words to describe this run down, trashy, and overall just gross place. We were given a week here as a gift, and set out yesterday with high hopes despite reading some so so reviews. However, I realllllly wish we had read into those poor reviews more, and honestly I am writing this to save someone else as I typically only write positive reviews, but in this case I can't help myself. When we first arrived the front desk staff was unprofessional, and to top it off they forgot to give me room keys??? So we get to the room and have to walk back to the office to get our keys. Then we get in the room to find it stuffy and hot even though the air was set to 64, the temp read 72 (this never changed, and we overhead many others complaining about their room temps during our 18 hours here). Then I go into the bathroom to find belongings from the previous guest still in there!!! Maybe if it wasn't Covid I'd be less grossed out, but I don't think so... then we notice there is no shower curtain. We call down to the office and they send someone to clean the bathroom and add a curtain. Theoretically the bathroom has now been cleaned twice, however when my boyfriend goes to shower he finds mold and several long hairs on the bathroom tile floor and in the shower! To top it off, the beach is insanely crowded, your "neighbors" are on top of you if you're anywhere outside the room, and there are kids running around screaming and playing without masks (again, without Covid I wouldn't mind that). Aside from the sanitary issues, neighbors and over crowding, the room is ancient! We didn't even walk over to the pool as we could see there was probably 30 people stuffed into it (again, Covid anyone????) Scuffs on the floor, stained furniture, tiny TV for the viewing distance (probably 27" would be my guess), gross rusty appliances. Please save your money and go somewhere else. We are leaving after 1 night of our booked 7 night stay. read more

Nice view but this is the type of place that have have to ask repeated times to get what's advertised. The gym is only open 9-9pm but the front desk informed me that it's actually usually 9:10+ due to the keycard malfunction on the door. Even then you have to ask them many times to come let you in and the manager will question you as to whether it's actually not working. The jacuzzi in the room was also broken on arrival and needed maintenance. Internet is painfully slow and they use cheap large container Dial body wash in lieu of real hand-soap or shampoo. If they fix their issues (which they should have time for, it's the off season) this rating would be massively boosted. Otherwise a nice spot. read more

The good - This is a nice resort and a nice location...kinda central to many sites on the Cape. Nice staff and promptly repaired the non-functioning stovetop we experienced on our first day. Room is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Cool little putting green in the court. clean. Nice views and access to the beach. The nits - No local area guide in the room. No TV channel guide or quick chart for the local cable channels. Gym should open at 7:00 am - it opens at 9:00 when I'm 1/2 way through a day! Chairs could use new slider pads on their legs...we could see the floor being mauled each time we moved a chair at the dinner table. The bad - Gym equipment is barely serviceable. Some dumbell weights are missing (okay girls...put them back!) Rusty through bolts on the equipment lack plastic caps - Tetanus anyone? Cables are worn bare, parts are missing, cables are not lubricated and they are terminally bound up in the pulleys. Snap links are stretched open. Water fountain didn't work. The universal cable machine is kinda wonkie...better to just have a selection of free weights and some serviceable benches. read more

If the purpose of a hotel or resort is to get a good night sleep, Edgewater failed badly. During our visit, the first week of December, our unit was so hot we could not sleep. The resort turns off the central air during the winter so there is no mechanism to cool the units except to open the doors. Interestingly, we noticed this throughout the resort - units and even the office with doors open on cold days. Maintenance came to our unit multiple times but the problem was never resolved. Literally, our family slept on top of their respective beds, in their underwear, no covers over them, and still sweat during the night. It is an older resort and signs of age are everywhere. The units are a good size and well furnished. The location is good and the indoor pool was enjoyable for the kids. read more

We stayed at the Edgewater Beach Resort in July, 2015. We had a great experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds are fine and it is a family atmosphere. The beach was nice and we happened to have a week of very good weather. We stayed in a friend's timeshare and it came complete with WiFi. The outdoor grills are all new and cleaned everyday. We will definitely come back again. read more

Clean room with a nice fireplace on the first floor. Stayed in March during the off season. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots, full fridge, two burner cook top (very slanted), sink, coffee pot, and tiny dishwasher. The staff was very responsive. We were missing a coffee pot when we arrived, and they furnished one immediately upon request. No oven. No bedroom closet. Very poor wifi. There is no sound proofing between the rooms so we heard every step above us. The heated indoor pool is a little chilly, and the ceiling rains down condensation. Lots of outdoor grills and nice little walk to private beach. Gym was well equipped, though I wish the hours started earlier than 9am. Really wanted a second floor room and were eligible for an upgrade, but the front desk said they had no vacancy even though it looked like the place was only half full. read more

Ahh the Edgewater Beach "RESORT" OK the room was great, clean, had a balcony, kitchen/dining area. I actually liked it, it was cozy. But the reason for the 3 stars is the word "RESORT" reminds me of those extras. The pool was sub par, cloudy, dirty and I wouldn't let my kids in it. The grounds were ok, the walk to the beach was nice but not nice enough! There were no restaurants or eatery's and me being a foodie mm mmm nothing like getting up in the am and grabbing a coffee & breakfast and heading to the beach. I don't know it might just be me. read more

This is one of the worst timeshares I have ever stay at, and I have stayed at a lot of resorts since my parents, in-laws and I own with 3 different companies. The air conditioning did not work and maintenance claimed that we had to keep the windows closed for it to work properly. When I booked, they said that cribs were available, but when we got there, there was only 1 crib for the whole resort! I have twins and needed another one. Their reasoning? And this is a quote..."We're a timeshare so people bring their own cribs. We're not a hotel." As a timeshare, I actually expect more from them. read more

My wife and I stayed here a few nights around Valentines day. A great place we stayed in room 235 2nd floor with ocean view. 1 bedroom with separate living room , gas fireplace in Living room. Great atmosphere had a nice jacuzzi tub on enclosed porch. Ocean only about 40 yards away great views. Staff very pleasant. We had a full kitchen. We did not want to leave. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. read more

I've been to the Edgewater Resort two years in a row now. My boyfriend's family owns a timeshare here and he is always mentioning the downgrades this place has made. And no kidding! A year later, I'm back and instead of a nice roomy fridge, we have the room equivalence of a mini fridge. And the patio is missing a window. Last year, I even accidentally broke a soap dish in the shower that the maintenance guy who came to fix it admitted it was cheaply done. The gym, oh sorry....fitness center, is only average, if even. Want to search the internet from the comfort of your own room? Not without paying $9.95 for WiFi, you won't (that kicks in and out randomly and you'll have to keep entering the username and password). Also, anyone walking outside the doors in the walkway can be loudly heard at all times of the day and the beds are located right next to the window and door. Gotta love screaming kids stamping about at 8 am. No? Get used to it. While the location is nice, I feel like its overpriced. read more
