They have small saunas, a gym and a whole recreational center with full sized Tennis Courts, rooms for games such as Handball and even a small arcade. We needed a blow-up bed, which the staff cared for without issue. Setting it up took up some space, but thankfully, it is nothing to complain about. The bed we stayed in was comfy. The important thing was that the room was well-cleaned and organized, which we were thrilled about. The facility provides a lot of that, including an indoor restaurant called the Loft Restaurant and Bar and an outdoor one called the Loft Shack in the middle of the parking lot. They even host events, such as outdoor concerts. The website provides more info on that. There is even an indoor building that offers sports such as tennis and basketball and even an arcade room. The Cove provides an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Overall, we were very impressed with the Cove, with many memories to take in and cherish. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

Each cottage is appointed with everything, outdoor showers, bbq grill even charcoal to get you started. And they are Clean. This matters. Some cape cabins or rooms tend to be musty or messy. Sorry, but I've been coming here for 45 years and nothing's changed. Cottage grove cottages are impeccable. This is a quiet refuge from kiddos. Sorry, but that's my take on it. There is no pool, no playground, none of that. Plenty of those elsewhere and that's where the kids are. Go enjoy that if that is what you need. This is quiet and wonderful for adults, couples, singles, artists, empty nesters or anyone wanting to get away from screaming, kids crying and yelling, parents, cursing, car horns.... Ah. Back to serenity. Isn't that better? This is the best there is. Close enough to PTown, Wellfleet and Truro. The location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience with the resort itself was…read moredisappointing enough that we won't return. The biggest source of frustration was trying to get food. At check-in we were told both resorts had restaurants and beach bars, which made it sound like there would be plenty of options. In reality, it was difficult to know what would be open or serving food at any given time. We couldn't find consistent hours on the website or in our check-in materials, and even employees often seemed unsure. The Riviera café was essentially grab-and-go. We used it for breakfast, but typically only one or two menu items were actually available and they were premade and reheated. The coffee options were good, though. We tried going there for lunch after discovering Jonah's was closed and found premade salads and leftover breakfast sandwiches. The employees actually directed us to Jonah's and seemed surprised when we told them it was closed. The beach bar was the most consistent food option, but choices were limited and mostly fried/heavy. At Jonah's, we waited more than an hour for four salads one evening and about 45 minutes for two salads and a pizza another. Places were frequently out of menu items or ingredients, and the beach bar was even completely out of silverware at one point. Unfortunately, the property also felt very worn. Our bathtub was rusty and had peeling paint, the bathroom door barely closed, our TV had a black line running through the screen, and our balcony railing felt loose enough to make us uncomfortable. Carpeting throughout the property looked worn and dirty. An ice machine was broken for our entire stay, the beach foot sprayer was broken, and many interior doors were warped from humidity. The heated pools were still quite cold, while the hot tub was almost unbearably hot. Housekeeping was another issue. Our room wasn't serviced until day three, after I contacted the front desk and asked for service. When they agreed to provide full service, we left the room so they could work. When we returned, the beds had simply been made with the existing sheets rather than having the sheets changed. Staff presence was inconsistent as well. People generally weren't particularly friendly or welcoming and often seemed unaware of what was happening elsewhere at the resort. Beach attendant coverage was unpredictable enough that at one point I grabbed the sand drill myself and installed our umbrella. There were positives. Our room had lots of convenient places to charge devices, which was surprisingly nice. More importantly, the private beach is gorgeous. It's easily accessible and the ocean views are fantastic. We paid for an ocean-view room, and I'm very glad we did because sitting outside and enjoying that view genuinely made the stay better. The location gives this property tremendous potential. Unfortunately, the maintenance issues, inconsistent housekeeping, confusing food availability, and lack of attentive service made it feel like the resort simply isn't being operated at the level its location deserves.
