She was by the check out when she heard me telling the cashier about my negative experience at the Vancouver mall location and them consistently color matching me wrong. She walked over and asked me what I was looking for and what I preferred in the product I was looking for. She offered her assistance and said that if I wanted to meet her at the two-faced area that she would be happy to help me get the correct color match. She was quickly able to find my match and when I explained to her that I had a 20% off coupon she told me that it did not apply to this particular product. She asked me if I had a 20% off coupon when I purchase the item I came to return and I said yes, she then told me to have the cashier get a manager and that they should be able to match the 20% off since it would be more like an exchange. This was great for me because I had gone back and forth at the Vancouver mall location getting incorrect colors exchanged so many times that I was pretty much done with Ulta. But after this positive experience they regained my trust. My review is solely based on this Associates attitude and knowledge. She was able to color match me correctly, get me a match deal to my original purchase and have me walking out of the store feeling confident and happy with my new purchase. The Salon at Gresham station is the worst. Every interaction I had with this place made me feel so uncomfortable. They didn't refund me for horrible service and months later I thought maybe I'll give this place another chance and just see a different person but no, they wasted my time and tried to overcharge me lmao. Salon manager and the staff have created a very toxic environment there. Not coming back. Your hair will be safer anywhere else but there, they just don't know what they're doing and they treat customers poorly.

He and my husband alone packed an entire home and shop within 4 days. He has an uncanny knack for knowing exactly what should stay versus go. He listens intently and then lines up perfectly with a plan. He's professional, experienced, and I would trust him with my most precious possessions. I found Steve on Yelp a few months ago when I was considering clearing out my life of everything unnecessary. The task was so daunting at the time I just could not begin. Steve left such a positive lasting impression that I programmed his number in my phone. He checked in on me off and on gently offering his support and services. We put our home on the market and it sold unexpectedly in 3 weeks. I was in shear panic and terror at the realization that 30 years of life lived in this house needed to be packed and ready to go within 1 week. Making matters worse was the fact my husband had to do this entirely by himself as I was 2 states away. There were no family or friends available so I called Steve. I don't know what he had to do to clear his calendar for us. He was too humble and kind to say. But take on the enormous task he did and accomplished the impossible.
