It sucked not knowing if they were actually coming to mow the lawn & I lost a lot of time waiting on them. Essentially I had to go back to the drawing board to research other landscapers in the area. Not only was Mike the first & only person to get back to me the same day I sent out another round of various requests for quotes, but I was all paid up & his team even finished with enough time to send me 10 pictures of my lawn BEFORE any other companies even called back. This might be a one off experience since he knew he was going to be around the area, but it left a good impression on me. The price was right, customer service was on point & they did a great job.
