I was given 6 laser hair removal treatments as a gift purchased on Groupon. I was able to schedule the first appointment and then scheduled the next appointment in person right after treatment. This system worked until my last appointment was done by Irene. She told me that she was subbing for Tania and that I would have to contact her to set up my next appointment; which was not true. There's no direct number for her and I had to use the main number. I called countless times, left voicemails, and yet no one has called back. I finally went into the office to speak to someone in person about scheduling my next appointment. Tania told me that I cannot do that and will need to call the 484 number to schedule. I asked why I couldn't schedule it with her since she had done my first 3 treatments; she said she's leaving 11/1 and not taking any new clients... even though I had been her client before. She said that she can't schedule me and I just have to call the 484 number. When I told her that I'd done that for weeks and have not been called back, she said "yeah I've been getting a lot of negative feedback about that lately. People tell me they're calling a thousand times and no ones calling back. All you can do is keep calling the main number". She then went on to say that she doesn't have access to the number and she "was acting as the receptionist for a month doing work not getting paid so I said fuck that shit, I'm not doing work for free". This is beyond unacceptable and one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Completely unprofessional and fraudulent company. read more

Ambience is cozy it's a little but pricey . They will work with you depends on what treatments and procedures you get ,They will personally arrange a package for you. Customer service is great they're very welcoming and informative. Don't be scared to ask About their products they will gladly suggest things that will work well with your skin. Purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. Went through 8 torturous visits to this place, where I would have to wait for 30-45 minutes to be seen; I had the male owner offering to do my laser treaments (on my bikini area) regularly; and I was hassled and given hard sells every single time I walked in that door. They pressured me to buy more laser treatments and other expensive & intensive treatments (for which I had NO interest, due to my experience there). My very last treatment, one of the female partners gave me a "FREE" laser facial and then pushed me to buy a package. The prices seemed extremely reasonable, so I was considering purchasing one until I got to the front desk and she gave me the total, which was double the price she quoted in the room. Worst of all, after all of that misery, spending time in that place, I still have to shave all of the areas where I had laser hair removal treatments. Had a Groupon for six laser hair removal sessions. I don't think I ever had the same aesthetician twice. Hard to tell, because they rarely introduce themselves. It seems like they are always hustling something. The staff are nice enough. The ambience is pretty. My last session, I was told to lay on the table. The sheet was visibly soiled so I asked for it to be changed. The Aesthetician changed the linen, put new ones on, and proceeded to do my treatment all while wearing the same gloves. It was really gross. I washed my face as soon as the treatment ended. The good news is, I seem to have less hair. read more

Before i started my laser treatments they were trying to selling me other products and services. They were alittle on the pushy side. Run far, run fast away from this place!! The owner, Erin Dinh charged my credit card over $4500 without my consent. Willfully and knowingly!! I contacted Erin immediately following the bogus charge. She apologized in writing and said she would issue credit. I saved the message and forwarded to my bank the same day. BBB is investigating this issue and the charges on my card are now in dispute. Where do I begin, i've been going here two years. Each appointment I make I have to pay prior to my appointment. My appointment continually gets rescheduled because the nurses that do the injections seem to not come in and the excuses I get are always the same. If it wasn't for one of her nurses that does my injections I would've left long ago. Erin up sells constantly and I'm very uncomfortable she's in my face when I'm getting my injections. This last time I paid for my Botox ahead a time and my appointment got rescheduled at least four times and I was three months behind on my Botox and Erin finally said it me I may have to go somewhere else since she can't get me in right away, which of course is three months later. And then refused to give me my $200 back. Of course she would say to me it's in the mail but I never got it. Now I'm disputing it with my visa and they already gave me a credit back and they're going after her for the refund she owes me. If this is the way she does business she's gonna lose a lotta customers. I was a really good customer of hers for over two years. I went twice a year and spent $800 to a thousand each time. I'm very disappointed with this "medical" spa. I got severely burned in my underarm and upper lip from a laser session I had with Tracy last Tuesday the 14th. I have been back to the clinic several times since neither Erin or Jeff responds to my e-mail or message, or neither call me to see how I am doing after the burnt. I have several pictures from the burn, I spent over $50 dollars on burn medication and OTC pain killer and In which I would like to be rightfully reimbursed, but of course nobody gets back to me. I went to the clinic on Saturday the 25th at 10am and waited for them for 40 minutes and nobody showed up. I would also like to have the remaining sessions refunded to me since I no longer trust your this irresponsible and unresponsive company to finish the procedure. I'm sorry but I have been dealing with so much pain and discomfort in the past weeks that I no longer see laser hair removal with them as an option for myself. I have mentioned to Erin and Jeff that I'm very worried that my underarm will scar since it blistered badly and the skin pulled before the blister dried out. I'm prone to keloids and I'm afraid of it scaring and isn't looking good, however I don't hear from anyone about anything. Save your money if you're thinking about laser hair removal. I went here because they offered a great groupon deal for underarms. I saw improvements after the third or fourth treatment at which point they offered a great deal on my bikini area...so I bought into that as well. After having completed treatments for both areas (8 sessions plus two touch ups for each) I still have hair growing on underarms and bikini. Significant amounts. My suggestions is to save your time and money and go to a dermatologist who does laser hair removal. May be expensive but you will see results after the first treatment and they will last! read more

I went here for the HydroFacial. I have gotten this treatment at other places, but decided to go here because it was in a more convenient location. I bought a package of 6 because the first time I went I had a good experience. I didn't like their hard sell, but since I liked the technician I made the purchase. After my 2nd treatment the technician I liked was gone. They told me she was sick, on vacation, off that day and I never saw her again. Each time I went the treatment was worse than the time before. I recently moved to the Boston area and that is how I learned that the "laser" hair removal treatment I was receiving at Eden was not truly laser. 6+ treatments did not fully remove the hair. Most appointments were either late or had to be rescheduled because the equipment was being repaired. My technician was lovely and very sweet but that does not make up for poorly managed schedules and misleading marketing. I am more knowledgeable now and hope this information helps someone else. Ask if this is LASER or DIODE. Diode removed some hair but was far from effective in my opinion. read more

I had a very negative experience at Eden Medical Spa. I initially went for a hydrofacial with a groupon that I have purchased. The hydrofacial was fine. I ended up buying laser hair removal package for my bikini line and upper lip while I was there because they were having a special. I was surprised at the first few sessions because there was no pain. But there were also no results. After the first 4 sessions, there was pretty much no change in my hair. It did not help that each time it was someone different and they would refer to the "chart" to choose the laser settings which seemed inconsistent. Some of the technicians seemed to know what they were doing, others really did not seem to know what they were doing. There were times I went and became nervous because the technician seemed so aloof. After 8 sessions I had seen maybe a 10-20% reduction in my hair growth (I am not super hairy). Since my package only included 8 sessions I expressed my frustration to the manager and she added a "bonus" session for free. When I came in for that session the manager spoke with the technician before I was brought back. I do not know what words were exchanged. The technician then said that she was going to increase the intensity of the laser and that I would "definitely see results." She started on my face and zapped me on my cheek (where I was not even trying to have hair removed). I screamed because it hurt so bad. She turned it down a little and proceeded to laser my upper lip. I told her numerous times that it seemed really strong and hurt. She finished quickly and proceeded to do the bikini area, which also hurt but not as badly. My upper lip was burning when I left. She applied some cooling gel. I thought, or at least hoped, the burning would go away quickly, but 20 minutes later it hurt much worse and my skin on my lip started to blister. I called them and the lady who answered basically told me to put ice on it and do local skin care and to come back if it was not improving. It got very bad. I ended up having open sores on my lip for more than a week and they were painful. Then, for several months after the wounds healed I had dark spots which slowly improved. The area that she just randomly zapped me on my cheek is still dark, luckily it is getting better with time. I called again and left a message on their voicemail because I wanted to speak with the manager. I did not get a call back so I went to their website and sent a message. The manager called me shortly thereafter. She was very defensive and told me I should have come right back after I realized the burns occurred and basically tried to put it on me because I did not come back and that is their policy. I had called right away and spoke to someone who did not tell me to come back right away. She then told me that I needed to come in for a follow-up. I told her their was no way I would ever be coming back to her spa for any type of treatments. She was pretty unapologetic. I do not know who really runs this place, if their is someone with some actual medical training who oversees things. I never saw a doctor or medical professions like a PA or NP while I was at their facility. They refer to a physician they are associated with, but I never once in all the times I was there saw any actual medical professional present. If you call yourself a "medical spa" their should be actual medical staff there, not just someone who is paid so one can put a name on a brochure. No one ever offered me a refund or even a real apology. Looking at all these other posts (I really wish I would have looked here BEFORE I decided to go to this place) I guess it has become pretty routine to have such unsatisfied customers, so perhaps that is why my painful disfiguring (albeit temporarily) facial burns did not really seem to ruffle their feathers. read more
