iSpa and Nails - Filed my skin raw! Not worth the price for the quality. I also asked for almond shaped nails and got square.

Wonderful location, prefect parking, and fast service. I requested the pedicure and was totally satisfied with the results. I will be back!

I should have known from the reviews that this would not be a good salon, but my friend had heard…read morefrom a few locals it was. From the start, the woman who met with me when I walked in had an attitude when I gave her my appointment info---name and time stuff. She couldn't understand why I didn't know who I'd have work on my nails. I didn't book the appointment, so uh, yea. I asked her to check her book and she looked at me like I was from space. Problems already?!? Since my friend booked us together, I thought we'd be there the whole time chatting since that's pretty normal. They kept us next to each other for the pedicure but even though the nail area was empty they separated us. The salon was empty so it really made no sense! The pedicure was ok. They use a blue tablet that looks like tums to get the 'spa' water going. If that isn't tacky enough, they keep the tabs in an old plastic ice cream tub. If I didn't tell the tech my water in the tub was going to overflow there definitely would have been a mess. My nail tech was not very friendly, but what really annoyed me was how my pedicure pretty much just looked like a color change and was a choppy paint job. My feet weren't smooth like they normally are after a pedicure. My manicure went okay but when I finished they didn't sit me in front the dryers most salons have. Instead, they used a tiny little dollar store fan to HOLD my hands upright in front of, lol. It was tacky & another cheap thing they do. When I went to leave no one said anything. It was really beat. All in all it was a crappy and unprofessional experience. I'd rather not get my nails done than come here again.

I walked in as a first time customer, when it was completely empty, and they still charged it. So my subtotal was $20 instead of $13 despite me being the only one in there. She knew it was my first time there and didn't mention the extra charge when I walked in. Incredibly disappointing.

My initial experience with customer service at Muskan Eyebrows in Cherry Hill, NJ, was pleasant…read more Now I know why I was pressed to say something pleasant and take a picture with the owner for her "Review" page. However, my follow-up visit was very unprofessional. After I received a request to return for post- evaluation, I indicated that I liked my eyebrows; however, there were a couple of very minor corrections that were required, which the owner agreed. Specifically, one eyebrow ink was lighter than the other and one had more of a slight angle at the base than the other. Again, minor corrections. I asked why one side was lighter, and I was informed that it was how my skin "took" the ink. Although. I didn't have this issue when I had them done several years ago at another establishment. Nevertheless, I was told that there would be a fee to make the corrections. I then informed the owner that I would also like to widen my brows slightly. I provided a picture with brows similar to mine, but a tad wider at the base, which I knew would be an additional fee. Instead of honoring my wish, the owner kept interrupting me when I was informing her that I simply wanted them to be a little fuller. I then indicated that I don't care what it cost, I just want them the way "I" want them. She then engaged her mother in the conversation to persuade me otherwise, which frustrated me, but I was respectful to her mother for being placed in that position. I finally indicated to the owner, after biting my tongue, that I will not continue to justify my eyebrow preference and her irritating, talkative, dismissive attitude. I informed her that I would have them corrected and adjusted somewhere else, and I left the building. As I was in my vehicle getting ready to leave, her mother came out and apologized for her daughter's behavior, and indicated if she said anything to offend me, please accept her apology. I informed her that she did nothing wrong; her daughter was unprofessional. Her mother made every attempt to convince me to make another appointment, but I was not interested. Anyone who knows me well knows that I am a very kind and professional woman, but I do not tolerate disrespect from anyone. Further, money is not an issue for me, which I stated several times, because I wanted all the sarcastic and persuasive conversation to cease and an appointment to be made based on my requests. Dr. T. I've been getting pedicures here for over 6 months now and finally decided to do a review…read more The place has a lot of stations and very clean. They always welcome you when you walk in. I never make an appointment and show up at random days/times and never waited more than 10 minutes. I'm very happy with the pedicures. I always get the Milk and Honey pedicure. The service is inconsistent. Some techs are more thorough and careful than others. The service and attention to detail vary per tech. Maybe it's because I'm a walk in and they squeeze me in so I can't complain. I don't get my nails done (I should lol) so can't comment on that. This is my place now and I'm happy with the service, cleanliness, and pricing.

Rating: I've been a loyal customer here for years, but my…read morerecent birthday visit was a total nightmare. While Anna did a great job on my pedicure, the manicure I received at Table 9 was unacceptable. I'm a nail hobbyist myself, so I was shocked by the lack of basic technique. I asked for a "tiny trim," and the technician chopped my natural nails off short. She skipped cuticle prep entirely and caked on the builder gel in layers so thick that I experienced severe, painful burning under the UV lamp. Because the cuticle work was ignored, the nails looked grown out before I even left, and several are visibly crooked. When I questioned the design--which looked nothing like the photo I had displayed the entire time--the technician caught an attitude. To make matters worse, it hasn't even been a week and the gel has already chipped, breaking my natural nail with it. The most frustrating part was trying to address this at checkout. The woman at the front desk was completely dismissive. She called the tech over, who blatantly lied and claimed I had only shown her a "zoomed-in photo of one nail." Despite the dishonest technician and the poor quality, the front desk still made me pay. They did apply a 10% discount, but it's important to note that this was from a coupon I had been texted prior to my appointment. They offered absolutely no compensation or discount for the substandard service or the fact that I was sat there in pain. I left practically in tears and with a ruined birthday treat. I won't be returning.
