At the end of their work in my house (1 week) I had them give me an estimate on one of my bathrooms that will need to be completely redone. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process. From estimate to the end of the job. They always arrived to my house when they said they were going to (8a). They dealt with parking in the city without complaint. The price was exactly what I thought it should be, which was extremely fair and reasonable. I felt VERY safe and comfortable leaving their team in my house without me there. They were on time every morning (5 days of work), very clean and neat, and took off EVERY switch plate in the rooms that were painted! I was beyond impressed, they worked efficiently and were very helpful in doing some other repairs that were longstanding annoyances around my house. I will be using you all again! Thank you for making our household better!

Michael came to us very highly recommended by a Bensalem paint store. He performed multiple…read moreservices for us including wallpapering our bathroom, installing new lighting over the vanity area and painting a number of rooms - one of which was a "loud" color, which I expected would be hard to paint. I emailed Josh on 25-Sep-2023 and he got back to me immediately and told me to contact him for…read moreconsultation. The reason I even needed Josh in the first place because the slate above my front window was cracked due to age and water had started making it's way through the crack and into our home(splashing alongside the window sill. Josh not only thoroughly walked me through his observations based on the pictures I sent him, he gave me a myriad of options for fix both long-term and short-term in which could get us back on the right foot with this leak. I opted for a bit of a middle ground approach, both sealing the crack with cement, and caulking the supporting windows to try and seal off as much as that water as possible. Not only did Josh come out, but his pricing for his level of expertise and knowledge was extremely reasonable and fair. I like to watch the work being done so I get an understanding of the process and try to learn a thing or two along the way and Josh not only didn't have an issue with this, he went above and beyond to try to incorporate me in the fixing as much as possible so I knew the reason for his decisions and what to avoid if I ever decided to brave the next project by myself (I will not be, Josh will be my go-to guy for this lol). If you are on the fence about masonry work and live in the Philadelphia (and surrounding area) do not hesitate to give Josh a call. I'll go as far as to say I put my reputation and honor on the line by saying you legitimately won't find a better deal for this type of work. Josh is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and standup. You will not go wrong by going with Josh for your masonry and roofing needs.

On top of the great work, they were incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to have in our home, and they were so great with our toddler son, which meant a lot to us. Do yourself a Big Favor and do not hire this so called company. The owner Turan is NASTY, ARROGANT…read moreAND DISRESPECTFUL! He has absolutely no clue how to be professional let alone having the ability to listen and understand customers needs! After assuring me his crew would do a great job with repairing cracks on my ceilings, nails popping out , repairing areas near the door hinges that needed "barely sanding" from new interior doors being installed. He was very annoyed I was asking him if they were going to be smooth and professional looking. He said, I'm going to paint , just paint . If the job consists of just painting I would have done that myself and not hired a " professional painter "I did not want just paint slapped where shims were placed. I explained exactly everything I wanted on the first appointment. I pointed out what areas I wanted repaired, sanded and painted! Do not show up the day you're scheduled to work and knock on my door smelling of cigarettes being in a bad mood due to your morning not going as you planned ! He Didn't even say good morning! First thing he said in a condescending tone was, so what is wrong with the door jam that you don't like. I showed him areas where my previous contractor installed my interior doors previously to today that needed very little sanding from new hinges having to be moved and where shims were placed. He said he would not be able to sand them because it would scratch the hinges. He could of easily covered the hinges . He said, he was going to caulk and paint over them. I could of caulked and painted over them myself if that were the case. He was annoyed and arrogant, instead of reassuring me everything would like nice like he did on the first appointment today he did the opposite. As an owner of a business it is your responsibility to listen and pay attention to a customer's needs on the first appointment , take notes, etc! I explained exactly what I wanted and was very clear on my expectations prior to starting ! He has No understanding of basic customer service skills! If a customer has questions and concerns it is his job as a professional to answer questions with politeness and respectfulness . He answered me very condescending and comes across with the mentality you are annoying him by asking questions. Very RUDE! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! HAS NO RESPECT FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS! I cannot imagine how he treats people let alone customers! He literally had me so upset and had only been in my home for 15 minutes if that! He questioned my contractor who he even said himself did a great job and kept asking me why he had to move the door hinges if the doors fit. I am not a contractor that could answer his questions. I asked him if he wanted me to reach out to my contractor who installed my interior doors and he said yes, So I called my contractor and asked him if he would explain the reason for the hinges being moved and as usual he explained everything he did and why. My contractor did an excellent job btw who's name is BYLIS CONSTRUCTION! At this point I had enough of Turans arrogance with speaking in his language in my house , to his worker and unprofessional behavior THAT IT LED ME TO TELLING HIM TO LEAVE THAT I NO LONGER WANTED HIM DOING THE JOB !! I consider myself to be a very strong , able to handle pressure , independent woman . For me get to this point SPEAKS ! YOU DO NOT TREAT ANYONE IN THIS MANNER! ANYONE WITH THIS CALIBER, NEGATIVE ENERGY THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF SEPARATING OUTSIDE PRESSURES FROM BEING PROFESSIONAL AND REMAINING PLEASANT TO CUSTOMERS, PAYING CUSTOMERS , AND BEING ANNOYED BECAUSE A CUSTOMER HAS CONCERNS AND ASKS BASIC SIMPLE QUESTIONS IS DEFINITELY NOT A PERSON OR COMPANY I AM GIVING MY WORK TOO AND IS NOT WELCOME IN MY HOME! If i could give ZERO stars I would have!
