Tauhid did amazing work for us on numerous occasions. He also did all finishing touches including installing the drywall, door, floor tiles, and painting. Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. My parents had a wonderful experience working with Tauhid as well, and we are all grateful that we found a contractor who is excellent at his craft, is professional, is reasonably priced, and is a kind and trustworthy person.

As soon as it was (relatively) safe for them to do the work, they came out & did it. Both gentlemen working in my house wore masks & gloves the whole time & the company took safety precautions before sending them out. The work itself was well done. I had a somewhat tricky drywall repair/install, and needed the floor for one room tiled. They worked efficiently & effectively, and were always willing & able to answer any questions. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly safe during a difficult time to get anything done safely. Price was good considering the quality of work done, and the work area was left clean. I'll be calling them again if I ever have any other projects.

We had an appointment for Mr. Ward to come to my home on July 8 to provide an estimate, which I took off of work for. The appointment was canceled by them the day before because they stated that they didn't receive the covid questionnaire, which I replied to the previous day. I chalked this up to a miscommunication, and scheduled another appointment for today with Mr. Ward arriving between 10:30 and 11:30. This appointment was confirmed by his office manager, Brooke and I was sent a calendar invite. It is now 12:47, and Mr. Ward has not shown up nor have I received an email, text or call to explain. I have now taken off of work on two occasions for this appointment, and I wish that I was able to write this review on reliability, quality of work, etc., instead of the unprofessionalism of this company.

MASTER BATHROOM NIGHTMARE: My husband & I waited 28 years to remodel Master Bath. Cintex…read moreEnterprises turned our dream into a nightmare. Vince appeared knowledgeable & Cindy is amazing at picking out materials that coordinate. We were told that an electrician/plumber would be consulted. He had 1 helper. Big picture shows amazing dream bathroom. Closeups show frightful workmanship & future costs will be an ongoing nightmare. Cintex said he would do punch list /repairs, however, we lost trust in his workmanship due to numerous errors & poor quality of work. Breach of Contract: Original flooring was not completely removed & new flooring & tile were placed on top of 2 original layers. Plaster on back outside shower wall & behind toilet was not removed. Trim around entrance door was not completely removed or redone. Base board heat line was not relocated but left buried behind new tile wall in shower. Insulation in new shower wall or any outside wall was not done. Walls/ceiling were spackled but not paint ready. Tile in shower was not to ceiling. Substandard Workmanship: Plumbing work substandard/not to code. Cintex cut support lines to main septic line pipe & did not replace them. Placement of vanity cabinet, ceiling fan, & electrical outlet needed to be redone as measurements were incorrect. GFI electrical outlets were not used. A box was not used to attach ceiling fan to beam. Live electrical box to power 2 high hat lights was left behind tiled shower wall & no access. No support blocking was put in shower & bench walls to install safety bars. Appropriate waterproofing of shower wall & floor is questionable. Wrong color grout was used on shower walls, shower shelf & shower bench! Grout work is uneven, lumpy, & full of holes & gaps. Thinset/grout is not cleaned off tile on walls/floor. Grout repairs were made by Cintex with wrong color grout. Cintex suggested we tape off & paint gap between ceiling & tile in shower. Permanent red marker was used to mark off measurements on walls/floor/bench/shelf & not removed. Many chips in tile in shower. Shower Shelf is a disappointment & not an eye catcher. Closet door has crooked gap at the top & handle latch was not set flush with door frame. Entrance pocket door handle was not set flush & can't be repaired without replacing whole door. Nail holes in wood trim were not filled in. We hired a separate plumber to set toilet because tile was not cut properly to set wax flange to mount toilet securely & would leak into basement. We did not trust Cintex to set toilet properly as he was going to do it himself & not use a licensed plumber. Main/Hand held shower wall mounts were set & sealed improperly with silicone. Diverter wall mount in shower was set off wall & gap was filled in with silicone. Cintex said to cut out tile to do repair. We suggested to make an access panel from the closet wall behind it. Wall mount diverter is still not flush to wall & is coming apart. Vanity sink was NOT vented so sink does not drain properly & will become bigger problem in future. Drywall was put in on top of heater behind toilet & over plaster that was supposed to be removed. Cintex told us to go to Home Depot to get new heater covers on our own since he tried unsuccessfully to put back original covers. We had to cut 5 inches of new drywall out above heater fins ourselves & then have a plumber install new heater covers. Air conditioning vent was left in shower & not relocated. Exhaust fan was not properly attached to ceiling joist in attic. We gave Cintex a chance to do some repairs & after losing trust in his workmanship we had no choice but to keep him from doing further damage. Last issue is concerning licensure & following codes. Cintex does not have an electrical/plumber license. His tiling, plumbing, & electrical workmanship was substandard. We had outside inspections done & will need extensive work to have quality restoration done, bring his work up to code, make it safe, & avoid future breakdown/repair problems. Pictures of his tile work were shown to the store where tile was purchased & their comment was "It looks like a DIY job". Finally, a major leak in handheld shower line was caused by Cintex's incompetent workmanship. He denied that he could be at fault & refused to fix it. Pictures & an outside licensed plumbing repair bill prove that it was his fault. We lost our trust in Vince's ability to do quality & lasting workmanship, make competent touchups/repairs. Concerns: Safety of his work as he did not use licensed electricians or licensed plumbers, future problems that have started, & are going to happen because of Cintex's inferior workmanship. When Jake came out to give me an estimate, I talked with him and his experience was obvious. I had told Jake I would do all the prep work and all I needed him to do was do a good job painting. Unfortunately my prepping skills were not great. Rather that just paint the house per my wishes, Jake and Ben had to do a fair amount of scraping to make sure the painting job would last. Jake explained he could not in good conscious do a fast job if it was not a quality one. He did not try to renegotiate a price, he simply did a fantastic, fast, quality job. In anticipation of putting my house on the market, I recently decided to take the plunge and have my basement completely redone into an actual "livable" space. I received my thorough quote in a timely manner, and I quickly decided to choose Renny for the job. The crew started work quickly and the entire project was finished, on budget, to perfection within three days. The crew foreman checked in with me every day and walked me through what they did in detail so that I could see the progress. All of the workers were so professional and talented. The Renny team helped me choose everything: paint colors, wood flooring, fixtures for the bathroom, and lighting options. The end result is simply spectacular and I find myself enjoying spending time in my new finished media room! I only have one problem, Renny did such an amazing job that I am second guessing the choice to sell my home. We shall see! But if I stay, the house will need a bit more work this spring (new deck, exterior painting, etc.) and you can bet that Renny will be my first choice!!!
