I reside in Philadelphia, Pa…read more I chose to hire Genci of Vlora Painting because: 1. I wanted the work done directly by the owner of a family owned company (instead of a sub-contractor). 2. I wanted a professional highly skilled in: * INTERIOR WALL REPAIR, including DRYWALL INSTALLATION; * REPAIR & REPLACING WOOD BASEBOARD TRIM; * WALLPAPER INSTALLATION; * INTERIOR PAINTING; and * CEILING REPAIR I totally recommend Gensi. I am extremely pleased with the results of my 3-room renovation involving the above-listed job items. Besides being an expert in performing the above listed jobs, he is an honest business owner who personally will be doing the above work at your residence or business. Genci takes pride in delivering outstanding job results in an efficient and timely manner. His prices are in line with his high quality work, but not high-priced as a company who hires sub-contractors to actually do the work. (The renovation work was done at a residence in Philadelphia, PA)

We were looking for a painter, And we stumbled this guy on the app. I read the reviews, Along with…read morelooking at the photos on the app. The people seem to be pretty happy with his work, Because I didn't read not one negative review. So I went with my gut, I usually don't go with the first estimate, But because he's been doing this for over 30yrs. And this is family business, I called so we can meet up so I can get an estimate. I felt a great connection with this guy, In the beginning all I wanted was a paint job, He sent me photos of his other work. So I had him do some other things as well. In 9 days he gave my house a complete makeover. He's my guy for sure. I just want to say this painter came early everyday very business minded, He went above & beyond to make us happy.

I emailed Josh on 25-Sep-2023 and he got back to me immediately and told me to contact him for…read moreconsultation. The reason I even needed Josh in the first place because the slate above my front window was cracked due to age and water had started making it's way through the crack and into our home(splashing alongside the window sill. Josh not only thoroughly walked me through his observations based on the pictures I sent him, he gave me a myriad of options for fix both long-term and short-term in which could get us back on the right foot with this leak. I opted for a bit of a middle ground approach, both sealing the crack with cement, and caulking the supporting windows to try and seal off as much as that water as possible. Not only did Josh come out, but his pricing for his level of expertise and knowledge was extremely reasonable and fair. I like to watch the work being done so I get an understanding of the process and try to learn a thing or two along the way and Josh not only didn't have an issue with this, he went above and beyond to try to incorporate me in the fixing as much as possible so I knew the reason for his decisions and what to avoid if I ever decided to brave the next project by myself (I will not be, Josh will be my go-to guy for this lol). If you are on the fence about masonry work and live in the Philadelphia (and surrounding area) do not hesitate to give Josh a call. I'll go as far as to say I put my reputation and honor on the line by saying you legitimately won't find a better deal for this type of work. Josh is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and standup. You will not go wrong by going with Josh for your masonry and roofing needs.

Once finding out we were pregnant we decided it was time to paint everything while having painting our nursery. We were at a paint store looking at samples and grabbed a bunch of business cards and called every one. Matt Padlo called us back within the hour, came to our house, took measurements and gave us a quote all in the same day. As a matter of fact we hired Padlos Perfect Painting and they started work BEFORE most of the others returned our call. Matt also had a designer come do a walk through ( at no additional cost ) which ended up being a huge help, we ended up picking three different shades of gray, and adding some accent walls, and painting our babys closet a gorgeous tangerine orange which we absolutely love. Matt and his team were polite and professional while keeping our house clean and furniture protected. They were quick and did amazing work. I can't recommend them enough!

I have been working with Mike McCann for 15 years. He handled the sale of my mother's house, my…read moregrandmother's house, my house, and my brother's house. Mike and his team did such an extra extraordinary job that I recommended his services to my two best friends. I can't exaggerate how pleased they were. Mike and his team were always available for consultation or to answer questions. As a seller What I found to be an essential part of Mike's service is that his team can solve almost any problem or deal with any situation that can arise. Mike has access to a team of highly skilled tradesmen that can solve almost any problem. I know this from Personal experience. Mike had a skilled tradesman repair and finish a severely leaky basement. He had someone do major wall repair. And in my brother's house, he had a damaged and warped pine floor made new by a master floor finisher. I took Mike's advice and had it prepared and staged. The simple investment increased the selling price by more than 40%. And that's what it sold for. Below is a picture of my brother's house after the staging. Whatever the real estate commissions are, you cannot get a better value than Mike Mccann and his team. Do you live in or near Philadelphia? If you do it is my opinion that there's no better team than Mike McCann's for their service and dedication, and the value that they offer. He is number one.
