The washing machine has built in soap, bleach and fabric softener and they also supply dryer sheets for free. Right now dryers are free to use during the week. I wasn't sure at first but I've been coming here for a couple months and I really can't see myself going anywhere else in the area. They're super friendly here with my son and I and it's always immaculately clean. Definitely check them out.

Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who needs to be harassed and slandered at a laundromat? There are plenty more around town which embrace diversity and value all of their customers.

So we searched Yelp and saw that the reviews for Jess's was off the chart and so we brought our week's worth of laundry for their fluff and fold service. We've been there twice now. Facility Ultra clean, well kept. Professionally maintained. A/C is kept cold. Service Man...I mean women! The ladies here are sooooooooo super charming. I want to hug them all, but that'd be really creepy on my part. But seriously, the first time we visited I know they could tell we were not native Texans. But they didn't hold that against us like some people have. They truly went out of their way to greet us warmly when we entered, talked with us to see what we needed in such a nice manner, and said goodbye in the same fashion. When we came back to get our items, they were just the same. The second time was identical to the first. One of the nice ladies even remembered that my wife bought a new car and asked her how she was liking it. Wow, right? Clothes Their fluff and fold service is incredible. Everything is nicely folded. They have options for just about everything. We don't like heavy scents so we opted for their neutral detergent with fabric softener. Our clothes come out smelling neutrally clean, folded well, bagged up nicely, etc. What more could you ask for? Return visit?
