I'm new to the area and was looking for a good fisherman's platter delivery. This place had everything I wanted, free delivery, and gave me extra tartar sauce. The delivery was much faster than they anticipated, the driver was great, and the food was exactly what I needed. I recommend the spicy fries - great taste and great portions. We moved into the neighborhood and while unpacking the house needed to order food. Eddy's has delicious pizza and a great fresh greek salad. their chicken kebab was delicious too. Salad dressings are not overly sweet or thick, the blue cheese has read big chunks of cheese. We very much enjoy Eddie's Place for subs and when we want to be at home (foodler) but still want a restaurant quality seafood meal (priced the same). Wow! I wish I can give no stars. This pizza was horrible. It is one of those frozen crusts that they heat up. Cheap ingredients and poor quality...I will never eat their again. If you want better pizza go down a few hundred feet and get a pizza from Mariano's (They actually make the pizza for real). read more

We moved into the neighborhood in September, and Eddy's was actually the first restaurant we tried. We had their pizza the first time around, and we absolutely LOVED it! Since then we've tried several different items off of their extensive menu... roast beef sandwiches, pasta dinners, seafood, calzones... and EVERYthing has been absolutely delicious :-) The service has always been pretty good and the deliveries are quick. There's only one woman who works at the counter who sometimes has an attitude, but it's never been enough to scare us away. We eat food from Eddy's about once a week. Yesterday I received a menu from Eddys in my mail box. I was so excited because it said they have gluten free piza! There are only a few places I can order from that offer gluten free options so my husband and I called the next night. When we called we asked if they had gluten free pizza. The girl on the phone said no and when we pressed for more info since we had the menu in our hands she said, "well I don't want to say its gluten free because I don't know if it is...." Anyway, ordered buffalo chicken, it was just chicken with a slight amount of buffalo sauce thrown on top, covering maybe 1/3 the chicken. Hardly spicy. I also ordered a Buffalo calzone for my roommate. Paid for bleu cheese on both, asked for extra, got two... Four people were eating this. I PAID for this. Yet we hardly had enough, bleu cheese is on that receipt four times. Fries were cold and greasy, no salt. Mozzarella sticks needed to be reheated by the time it arrived, and my roast beef sandwich was completely devoid of flavor, I didn't even realize you could mess this up. Bun was cold, everything cold, it's like they just threw it together out of the fridge. Won't be ordering from here again. Super disappointed. I wish I just cooked instead... I live 5 minutes from Eddy's and it's a great place for good food at a good price with good portions. I usually get the chicken kabob salad with romaine lettuce, feta and balsamic vinaigrette. Chicken is grilled to perfection! Perfectly juicy with loads of flavor. Don't know what they put in their balsamic dressing, but it's the most delicious dressing i've ever had. My food took forever to deliver and when I called the store to see why it was taking an hour and thirty minutes a very rude, disrespectful women picked up the phone told me to hold on and then hung up so i called again and she told me to stop calling the store and then hung up the phone again. When my food was delivered AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATER, it was cold and soggy. The packaging that they packed my wings wasn't closed properly so all the sauce was over the bag and the wings were all over the bag. They completely forgot about my 2 liter soda I ordered and the receipt was on the bag and I told the delivery driver about it and all he said to me was there's a corner store down the street go get one there. Thanks for the cold and stringy chicken dumped onto a garden salad and labeled as a chicken kabob salad. No, I didn't want the feta that usually goes on it. And thanks for that one chunk of tomato even though I asked for no tomatoes. So, to start, i usually enjoy eating Eddy's food, is great food don't get me wrong, but never ever order delivery. I ordered my food over an hour and a half ago and it STILL hasn't shown up. I'm beyond angry. Called the restaurant and the lady told me "oh, wait about 5 minutes and he should be there", ITS BEEN 20 SINCE THEN! Definitely should be prepared for deliveries to stack up, either hire more drivers, or show them you can't sit around while delivering, and having worked at a pizza place, possibly utilize the "DELIVER BY" time on the slip when it comes in. read more

Of course when it got here, it was barely luke warm and mushy, had to microwave it. Love the food here and my family is a frequent take out customer. Unfortunately just the other night we mentioned that it is one of the few places that has never messed up an order. That of course was the kiss of death. Tonight a sandwich was delivered without the sauce that was supposed to be cooked in it. We called. They apologized. Said a new sandwich would be sent. It wasnt. This place is AWFUL. They have horrible customer service and could care less about it. I ordered a pizza and it got here after 45 mins, which isn't horrible, but then I opened up the box and they completely screwed up the order. I had asked for two toppings on 1 half and cheese on the other- really simple. They managed to put 1 topping on 1 half and the other topping on the 2nd- and all the cheese and toppings were sliding off. I called to let them know and got this whole run around. A lot of the other reviews say the woman who works there is rude- I cannot stress that enough!! She did not apologize for the mistake, just treated me like an annoyance. At first they asked if I wanted another pizza and I said no because I already waited 45 minutes and did not want to wait another 30-45 more. I asked for a partial refund, and they told me it wasn't possible b/c I ordered online, which just is NOT TRUE. Then she kept insisting she would send me another pizza and I kept telling her I didn't want to wait another 30-45 mins when I had already waited 45, I was way too hungry and can I just get a partial refund- not even whole, just partial. She continued to refuse. I finally hung up and contacted foodler and they credited my account after I explained what happened. I usually order from Pinky's, and I should have stuck with them. First experience here was awful. I ordered online here from their "hosted" online menu. That part was fairly easy. When I get there, that's when it fell apart... online gave me a total of 16.05, I get to the restaurant and I am told a different- lower price. Granted I was expecting and willing to pay the 16.05. If I could do a minus 10, I would. This is the third time in two years that we have ordered from them. The reason it was only 10 is because of the bad food and service. We keep thinking they will change. NO WAY. I would like to know what that meat is that is in the Italian sub. It looks like ham and taste like rot. Plus, meat in an Italian sub is always cut thin to get more variety. This one has the rot, cheese and sweet capicol. That's it. The Sausage and ziti I ordered had a sauce that tasted like it was from the bottle (or Can). The sausages from Alfredo's come WHOLE and there are two. Not some cut and smashed up meat.
