That being said, the sales associates are extremely friendly and will go to any lengths necessary to find the right size, even phoning other stores and getting it shipping to their location for your pick up at no extra cost. They have something for everyone in the store, granted you're willing to burn a hole in your bank account- I guess that's why the customer service is so good. They have all the high end brands from Hugo Boss to Gucci to Lacoste to Salvatore Ferragamo to Fred Perry and other higher end designer clothing. If you something that is not quite your size, then their in-house tailer is brought up right away and tailored to your exact measurements. I remember the original Harry Rosen when it was just one small unit. Now it has expanded to three store lengths and offers a wide variety of suits, dress shirts, ties, dress and casual shoes, and also casual (but still high end) clothing. The service sets the standard for high-end clothing in West Edmonton Mall.

Without question, they took the shoes back, and issued me a service ticket. I came back a week later, the leather lowers were given a fresh coat of paint and the leather upper was freshly waxed. Top notch experience.

We arrived on time and once they confirmed our appointment the salesguy was very patient and personable. He also offered us free water. We probably did not need an appointment to just look at fabric and current blazer styles. Many bright/colorful options which we had trouble finding at other stores. Was quoted ~2,500 for a blazer in our chosen fabric - YIKES. Price includes full lining, if you opt out of lining you still pay full price. Our chosen fabric would take 6-8weeks (not including final fitting) but another fabric choice would have been closer to 3-5weeks. Also the fabric people take a month off in the summer - usually August he said so he said if you do not order Before August it will be a 4 week wait for them to be able to order again. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, due to the price but maybe one day! The other clothing sold here is very high end = pricey. My boyfriend was very heartbroken the sweater he liked was $700 lol.

The sales team anticipate your needs and frequently contact you with newest items that have arrived. Sam A has worked with me now on a number of occasions and his knowledge of the products, his very fine taste in what might work for me, make my shopping experiences delightful to say the least. Quality products, quality service and outstanding personnel make this the "go-to" place to shop for mens wear products. Custom fitting and fabrication of suits, jackets is an added bonus.

The styles here range from classic to contemporary and dressy to casual, and the items are very high quality - with price tags to match. I went here with a friend where he picked out a beautiful shirt and pair of dress pants, and spent a little over $300. The salespeople are very friendly and knowledgable about their stock, and pants are tailored in-house. I really enjoyed looking around at all of the clothing. If you identify as male and are looking for great quality clothing, and have the budget to pay for it, this is where you want to shop.

The staff are extremely helpful and they have a lot of variety, including made-to-measure suits! A couple times per year they have a fantastic sale where you can pick you some great menswear for 50% off. I think this is a great place to get a good quality suit, you get what you pay for, this place has great suits. They will do quite a few alterations for you free of charge and we actually brought 2 suits back when they still needed more alterations and they were happy to do them fairly quickly for us. The tie table has to be my favourite, I love all the fun colours and prints available! If you're looking to find a dapper suit, this is the place to go to!

I had an…read moreexchange 2 months past the purchase date and drove 3 hours to the closest H&M to exchange (which I was purchasing quite a lot over the $ value of the return). She kept insisting it was her decision to decline the exchange, although the receipt clearly states store credit or exchange past 30 days. I wasn't mad until she decided to answer the phone whilst I was explaining I already knew the terms of returns and exchanges. If the area team reads this message, I strongly recommend you connect with her on how to appropriately address customer complaints and maybe let her read the back of the receipt so she knows what hill to make a stand on. Absolutely abhorrent service.

Apparently they do, and my friend and I went to the H&M in West Ed because we figured the store and selection would be better than South Common. There isn't a huge selection of plus size clothes, but there is a bit, and H&M always has nice basics and trendy pieces too. One thing I love about H&M, no matter what dress size you might be, is the accessories. There are a lot of fun jewellery, purses, scarves, etc and the prices being pretty low it's pretty easy to go overboard and buy quite a bit. Of course the prices being so low this isn't exactly high quality long lasting items, but I tend to break, lose, rip, tear, etc. any accessories I get anyway so spending $12 on a scarf that I'll eventually lose at H&M seems better than spending $100 for a high-end scarf somewhere else. Aside from clothes and accessories the other thing H&M has that I didn't realize they carried are home decor products. This section isn't as big as the regular clothing and accessory section, but there are a variety of fun home decor items you can get, from bedspreads to aprons. West Ed isn't a place I particualrly like to go to, but if I'm here I'll check out H&M again.

It seems when you go into the store, there's always something new. On my recent visit, my husband headed straight for the records and they don't update their stock often. Most fans of records likely go to specialty stores. I like looking at the gadgets and browse the sale section. I found a few cute key covers that included cupcakes, sushi, and hamburger designs. How could you not use and love them for $2? Even if you don't buy anything, I'm sure you will find something funny or entertaining in this store. The selection of vintage shirts is varied and the cost around $30.

They also have a bunch of other things like trendy pictures and items to decorate your house, books, vinyl CD's, games, lego camera's, etc. It's like a cool hip novelty shop. I love to check out this store just to see what kind of cool stuff they have and even if you aren't looking to buy anything you will enjoy yourself just browsing around. I always find something I like here and have to stop myself from buying things I don't necessarily need. The staff is cool, they leave you alone and are available if you need any help. The store is unlike any other in the mall and worth taking a look at no matter what your style is.
