That didn't happen. The unit installed (rated at 2.2 GPM) can't handle normal, simultaneous use. A 1.75 GPM shower works fine on its own, but the moment you turn on a second fixture--like the sink faucet--the temperature in both drops by 10+ degrees within seconds. This should have been caught during basic testing. (2. The same plumber also left issues with the shower not draining properly.) Streamline's newly hired master plumber weeks later came out to address some of these issues, tested the system, and confirmed that the water heater is undersized for the application. Despite identifying the issue, I have not received any follow-up or assistance from him either. A licensed electrical engineer confirmed that the electrical panel can handle a larger-capacity unit. Streamline/Brian the owner knows this. I've been trying to reach Streamline for several weeks to coordinate a properly sized replacement--something I've already offered to pay the difference--but have not received a response. Interestingly, when my husband called, the call was returned the same day. We were supposed to have heard back after they connected with the Rheem rep but they've they gone cold. As have we. 3. Separately, the shower arm and head were installed too low, and the fixture started pulling away from the wall shortly after installation, reportedly because "something fell inside the wall." This was fixed after I sent a photo of the falling fixture. At this point, I would appreciate a direct response so we can resolve this and move forward. 4. Lastly, they also charged close to $500 to unclog a toilet with a snake.

I like that they track and document every service provided with photographs and that if they can send the same technician each time, they do so that person has a good memory of your situation with your home. They have always been prompt at returning calls and helping me figure out what I need. Even if their prices might be a wee bit high here and there, the peace of mind to know that we are being taken care of is worth it to me. I like knowing they have our house history, they have established a relationship with me over the years and I know that when they offer me options its not to just get all they can - there is a purposeful reason. If you are in a situation where you need an airtight service with a tracked repair history that you can look up in images etc, then this is a great place to call for assistance.

I'm angry because we paid $69 to be given an astronomical bill for the work that needed to be done. I expected their inspection to be in good faith, genuine, reasonable. It was none of these things. Home adviser says plumbers will charge anywhere from $45-200 per hour. Look at the bill from paradigm plumbing! It was beyond a bloated, inflated price - it was the greediest bill I've ever received. And here's the kicker - they refuse to break down their billing (how much parts cost and how much they charge per hour). They claimed that the cost to replace (1)a sink head and (2)garbage disposal would cost $1200. Twelve. Hundred. Dollars. They refused to be transparent in their billing or provide explanation. We hired a master plumber who gave us the receipts for the parts ($220) and charged $150 for less than 45 mins of work. In contrast, the Paradigm receptionist refused to provide a transparent breakdown of billing; she was condescending and belittling and said simply, "I'm glad you found a plumber you could afford." Can anyone afford a plumber that charges $1,000 an hour?! I am outraged that paradigm plumbing services LLC tried taking advantage of us financially the way that they did. $1200?! With no receipts or hourly charge?! Just $1,000 in labor for less than an hour of work?! Greedy. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. No transparency. Buyer beware! The parts at Home Depot were $220 total. It doesn't take longer than an hour to replace a sink faucet head and disposal. Especially for a "master plumber." By all means, if paradigm is wants to respond to this review, please break down this bill for potential customers.

I made a request on Yelp for help on a Saturday and Brent at B-Line replied right away. He came on Monday and made recommendations and quoted a price for the work. He fixed the shower and replaced our 40 year old toilet with a modern water efficient Toto for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, professional, respectful and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely call him again with any more plumbing problems.

I reached out Brent and he stayed in great contact about when he could come out. When he did arrive, he did a quick check and let me know what was needed and how much it would cost - he was very transparent and did not try to upsell me on anything, or get me to do anything else that wasn't really needed.
