I know they are the only company that import Mikuni carbs into this country, but I would work with one of their vendors before I worked with them again. I wish this was a one time thing, but this keeps happening with this company. It is now at the point where I dread calling them. Out of all the tasks involved in custom motorcycle rebuilds and maintenance, playing around with carburetors has grown to be my favorite part of the process, solely due to the convenience of driving by here to pick up parts and pick the brains of the Sudco crew. Sure beats fiddling around on the interweb dealing with computer generated customer service etc. and waiting around for my parts to be thru-shipped around the nation. But I still needed someone to install them. I found a mobile auto service on Yelp, but when they tried to install the bulbs, they said they didn't fit the white plug and left for another job. I returned to the store and explained the situation. That's when Ceasar stepped in. He checked the system for the right bulbs, and I even considered just ordering them online, I was desperate! But after doing some research, Ceasar offered to take a look at my car himself. I told him what the mobile service said, and after checking it out, he realized the original bulbs were actually correct. He installed them for me and fixed everything! On top of that, he also helped me find the right wiper blade size and even installed those too. Ceasar truly went above and beyond.
