He tested and charged my battery, then gave me options and suggestions about replacing it. He did not oversell or pressure me to buy a battery from them. He even called AAA to check when my old battery had been purchased. I had originally been missing some plastic clips that fasten the engine splash shield. After he replaced the battery, he went back to his truck to see if he had any extra clips to give me. I was very pleased with the entire experience and with my new battery.
