Due to our schedules we weren't able to go at the same time. My husband went first a few days before I could. He also had a great experience there. Since I was not there, a very friendly and also fashion-conscientious worker helped him pick the best frame for him. He only needs "reader" glasses for extremely close viewing, but due to the nature of his job, he used to constantly put readers on and off all day. They were able to order glasses for him, clear on top and customized reader on the bottom with seamless transitional lense. This has saved him so much time and effort on a daily basis putting on and taking off glasses. The worker also helped him pick a frame that he would not have chosen without me being there to "tell him what to wear." Lol. He now has a plastic frame which works so much better than the frame-less he previously chose. I have perfect vision, actually better (20/15), but had not had a vision test in over 10 years. However my grandfather had recently been diagnosed with macular degeneration and I wanted information on what precautions I should take to protect my long-term vision in case I faced the possibility of a long-term issue. Their staff takes the time to do a series of tests that go above and beyond the standard of what I had been used to. The assistant who performed my eye examination with their computerized, close-up eye vision scan was so friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. The doctor who did the full examination was friendly, informative and very calming. So far my husband's glasses have not only gotten many compliments but have been extremely effective. We definitely recommend this location for a great and thorough eye exam.

The doctor at Huntersville Eye Care Center took a while to warm up, but once he did, he was very easy to talk to and he laughed genuinely and often. Friendly and knowledgeable guy with a calm demeanor. I'm always worried when the eye doctor takes that magnifying-glass-thingy and gets really close to your eye. This stems from an experience back in NY. That dude's mouth was WAY to close to mine. If I was Popeye, I woulda eaten me spinach. I was quite perturbed and borderline breaking point (takes a lot). He finally pulled away. With body language and tone of voice, I let him know I wasn't happy and wouldn't return. This eye doctor doesn't play those games. Very professional. The day after the eye tests (very thorough and no eye dilation but lots of lights), I woke up with vertigo. After brushing my teeth, I needed to use the wall for balance, then sat on the bed, then slid off the bed. The worst is at the gym. I hide it well (I think) because I don't want someone working there telling me I'm not in condition to work out. It will eventually pass. Had it for six months once already (gym included with no problems). I don't know if this is result of eye test or coincidence. I recommend this eye doctor. I called here couple of times to book an appointment for last minute but they were always booked so one time I decided to schedule it ahead of time by scheduling to WFH so we can complete her eye exam. We arrived at the facility on time and we were greeted with smile and warm welcome. The lady at front desk was very friendly and polite, she offered coffee and soft drinks while we wait for her turn. We chatted for a bit until my daughter was called in. We went inside and the nurse explained to my daughter what she needed to do so she can take pictures of her eyes. She was moving a little so it took her a while to get her steady but nurse was courteous to help her. Than we went to see the eye doctor who also was friendly and explained her what she needed to do for her eye exam. I think we had a great experience not only at the front desk but also with nurse and with the doctor. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was really in a bad place due to other doctors and was extremely frustrated with my medical care before I found Dr. Khoshnevis. Regarding my experience with other doctors: I have been to 6 other optometrists and opthamologists for problems related to this. Some took my money and continued to make appointments with me even though they didn't know my condition well and weren't comfortable treating my condition. CEENTA charged me $160 while I waited 2 hours for them to rush me through an appointment with a specialist opthamologist that ended up doing me no good. Some didn't spend time with me and made me wait a long time. I felt that none of them both knew about my condition and were willing to explain it in detail to me. I even got some harmful advice from an opthamologist's office in New York that put me in a very bad condition. Dr. Khoshnevis's exceptional care was the best by far. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding my condition and was extremely helpful in explaining the condition to me and recommending treatment plans.
