When I politely corrected him, he brushed it off entirely. What makes it worse? I sent a kind, detailed follow-up email asking about important next steps in my eye care--lenses, drops, treatments--and nearly two weeks later, I've received no response. For a place that had no problem taking over $600 for glasses, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I don't recommend this clinic if you expect to be treated with basic respect or to receive professional follow-through on your care.

I have contacted this office three times and was told my sample contacts are in route. The last time I was told my sample contacts would arrive by February 4, however I would be contacted of any changes. Today is now February 9 and I have heard nothing from this company since January 24. They have taken my money and I have received nothing in return. They act friendly in the store, but have horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
