They were recommended to me by my first florist, who was unfortunately struck by a heart condition two months before my wedding date and could no longer keep the gig. I said do not go out there, and asked for a refund, they eventually said ok. Then they arrived at my 92 year old sister's house at 8:00pm at night and said they were there to take back her flowers. Can you believe anyone would do this on someone's 92nd birthday??? I am sickened. What I ordered for$120 was not delivered and I was told why should they pay for it and not me. Because you are the seller who did not deliver what you said you would that's why. I am stunned at their treatment of my sister and myself. I am not new to retail, I was a top producer at BLOOMINGDALES, and I find this unacceptable and frankly CHEAP.I personally think an upgrade would have been additional flowers to the bouquet not a switch.
