They confirmed that my date was available and told me to send them all of my details and inspiration. I emailed them twice with no response. Sad that Country Lane did not live up to their reputation. They were recommended to me by my first florist, who was unfortunately struck by a heart condition two months before my wedding date and could no longer keep the gig. Eventually, I went ahead and booked with Gerych's instead, and I don't regret it one bit, they did an incredible job and were very attentive! See the photo attached for proof of lack of response.

She didn't arrive home from funeral prep for four hours. 3.) I filed complaint and they called my friend to ask her to count how many pieces were in the now melted arrangement. 4.) Staff was not aware that according to the webs that the delivery was not supposed to be left that a note was supposed to be on door regarding the deliver. I do not recommend.

Super disappointing, especially after spending nearly $100 on this...definitely not worth the money. After I complained, the owner promised to send a new bouquet but it's been two weeks since I said something and I am still waiting. I will update this review when she actually delivers the new bouquet... but as of now, I don't recommend. Update: the florist felt bad for the big difference and sent my mom a new bouquet, free of charge, which I appreciated.
