Now, let me tell you about Lyons heating and air in Flint, Michigan. I hired a handyman to put in a few ceiling fans and to change out a thermostat. The handyman did nothing right. Rob was the serviceman. He rewired my thermostat so it worked and he checked my total HVAC system. In addition he was concerned about my electrical problems. Turned out I had 27 volts to my security light instead of 120volts. Rob told me that one or more ceiling fans was miswired. He also told me that my security lights may have bad sensors The kicker is I only paid for the changing of the thermostat...very reasonable charge.
