The lovely gentleman that helped me I believe his name was Aaron told me very sweet but plainly that it would be better for me to get a used tire installed. He said the one I had was good but the total price to do it would be around the same price as just getting better used tire. I was happy that he cared enough to tell me that he said I could to the change if I wanted but showed me the tire he could replace it w and for a 5 dollar difference I agreed that he was right. After the very fast maybe 10 minute interaction I was on my way w a new/used tire and was given some information so I could get a different rim fixed if I pleased. 10/10 will be coming back for any of my tires needs and it's super close!

Hubby rolled in without an appointment & before I got out of the car, one guy was about to hoist up the floor jack that was underneath the jack points. That was QUICK! This all happened in minutes! There's no place to wait, this place is a no bones, back alley type of hole in the wall lol. The employees are responsive, friendly & very efficient. Prices for services are affordable, reasonable. It took about 15-18 minutes, we're done! Two guys worked on our car, it's like, I just blinked & it was finished. Hubby asked where to get his wheels aligned & they were more than happy to direct him to another place for this service. The front exterior of the business is under construction, so are other businesses on the same tract. I trust that Hubby chose this place because their services are reliable & honest. Called and spoke to the fantastic Juan who said come on down. I thought I had just one nail in my left rear tire . The very alert Alan spotted another nail in my right one as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, the warmth that I experienced immediately . All the workers just seem calm, happy and just loving life.. Translation and end result - great, efficient, very reasonable( $25 per tire) professional, honest service from Juan and his team as I sat and almost nodded off in the comfortable chair in the waiting room. I was in and out in 17 minutes. Just a 5 minute drive south of the 215 and a minute from Arrow. Golden Tire sets the Golden standard. Good, really GOOD people here! Grateful.

This week my father brought his vehicle to this shop to address an oil leak, he is not a mechanic…read moreand specifically asked for help diagnosing and fixing an oil leak. Instead of properly diagnosing the leak issue , staff claimed he requested "valve cover repair" which is not true. He works in medicine and does not even use or know mechanical terms like "valve cover". He relied entirely on THIS SHOP's expertise to both identify and address the actual problem. They charged him almost 700$ for VALVE COVER gasket replacement and the oil leak was not fixed. They then refused responsibility and instead blamed my father, no refund, credit , proper diagnostic or fixing of the actual leak issue. IF the shop was unable to properly diagnose or address the oil leak, they failed to clearly communicate that to my father (the customer) before proceeding with repairs. This is absolutely unacceptable. If a customer comes in asking for help with an oil leak, it IS the shops legal responsibility under California Law to properly diagnose and NOT perform unrelated repair and then shift blame when it fails. This experience felt extremely misleading and exploitative especially in a community without mechanical/maintenance knowledge that depends on local shops to be honest. We will be filing a formal complaint with BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) so the state can determine whether this shop properly followed legal and ethical standards. I strongly advise others to be cautious and get a second opinion before agreeing to ANY form of repairs here, Based on our experience we simply cannot recommend this shop for accurate diagnosis or reliable service. If they couldn't fix the oil leak then they should have said NO, instead of performing a repair that did not address the problem. UPDATE: golden tires put on a legal document (receipt) that labor for 1 HOUR was 519.50 dollars. Receipt was also added in BAR formal complaint. State of California limits PER HOUR labor charges. DOUBLE CHECK or file formal complaint w BAR if you need further clarification.

Who in the right mind would buy two tires that are different, even if they're used and that the ad says nothing about this. Also, sure they will install them, but they don't balance the tires, because of course, that's extra. So coming in for $25 used tires thinking sure I'll pay $50 for two, ends up being over $100. If that is not crooked, I have no idea what is. The only thing I will say, though is the two employees that were there were very nice, and they were just doing what the owner told them to do. So I don't blame the employees at all. They were actually pretty cool.

They dismount the tire and then called me over to show me a piece of a blade on the outer wall of the tire that was sticking out about half an inch that was clearly not there before. I had intended to replace it just wish they would have been honest.
