I wish my review was as amazing as everybody else's but unfortunately I feel like the $300 I spent only got me about a $60-$75 job. Almost all plastic trim pieces on my Escalade came back with a white discoloration from their steam cleaning, my backseat was folded down and they never bothered to clean or wipe the seats down and just left it lying down. I also noticed that there was still a handful of food stains and crumbs from the previous owner (just purchased this car and had it detailed) still sitting there that never got touched or cleaned up. there was condensation from their machine I found inside of the analog clock on my car and it had lots of water in other areas pooled up. There was a lot of little things but it all added up, the only nice thing was how well my chrome rims shined again. So we were visiting Colorado and needed to wash our SUV after getting covered in salt and dirt. We used the self wash option. It was ok. Everything worked. The power washer was somewhat weak and we struggled getting all the crud off our truck. We could not get our mats clean with their system. Man, Ive got nothing negative to say about Austin and his crew at FlexWash. Ive been working with an auto-marketing campaign for over 5 years now, so I have dealt with countless car washes, detailers and mobile detailers, and this is by far my best experience. The Flex in their name must stand for their flexibility in scheduling, as I had to call and rearrange some times/dates, and they were more than accommodating. Austin was very prompt, and was able to detail 5 of my vehicles inside my hotels parking garage, in little over 2 hours. He even noticed a few scratches on the roof of one of our vehicles, that he was able to buff out. They came with all the necessary equipment, and they used environmentally safe (green) products; I was even able to pay by credit card. They did such a fine job, that we used FlexWash again a few days later for a commercial shoot. I got a gift certificate for this place over Christmas 2013. I used it a few months later. They did a great job. I have a 60lb dog who sheds & rides in the back of my SUV. Terrible experience as well at Flex Wash. Had to bring the car back for another cleaning- I paid $170 and it was worth less than $50. Not at all worth it- you can do anything they'd do yourself at minimal cost. NEVER will go back again- big fat waste of money. read more

SO upset. Upon picking my car up there was what the tech had called a "uv protectant" in actual puddles throughout the car. The entire interior had a greasy appearance that literally came off onto my hands when you touched it and when I asked the detailer what it was about and that it looked a lot different from how I had purchased my two year old 2017 car he told me it was, "the look they were going for". For some reason he left my mats in the back of the car, the carpets were still very wet, and there was still dirt in my gas and break pedals. I spent an additional hour wiping down my car after leaving and spending $300 dollars. I have had two people get into my car and ask why it was so slippery or greasy. BEYOND angry and when I tried to explain to the detailer I have never had this result from a detail and that I was extremely disappointed he just kept repeating himself over and over saying he had a passion for detailing and that I could bring the car back but he had run out of gas? It was honestly odd. oh, and my car has now developed a smell when it sits with the windows up that has never been there before, again its a 2017 and I take immaculate care of it. For over 100$ wash they don't even use wax. First look at the vehicle, windshield was dirty. Upon closer inspection wheel wells still dirty never touched. Not even sprayed with a hose. Hood never opened, still dirty like I brought it in. Door to gas cap never opened, still dirty like I brought it in. Rug was vacuumed up to the pedals, not vacuumed pass that. Back windows dirty In all corners. They don't even shine the tires. I was very unimpressed. Could've done a better job with half a roll of quarters at the DIY car wash. read more
