From the very beginning, they were upfront and honest, letting us know (especially with it being around the holidays) that they might not be able to look at the vehicle right away, which we completely understood. The very next day, they diagnosed the issue and took the time to call and clearly explain what was going on. They were incredibly communicative, kind, and fair throughout the entire process. George took incredible care of us from the moment we arrived. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car, walked me through all of my options, and never made me feel pressured. He turned what could have been an incredibly stressful experience into one that felt manageable. On top of that, he even gave us some fantastic local food recommendations while we were waiting! If you're local to the area or just passing through, I can't recommend Goodway enough. They're honest, knowledgeable, genuinely kind people who truly care about their customers. It's rare to find a shop that treats you like family instead of just another repair ticket. Thank you, George and the entire Goodway team, for making such a difficult situation so much easier.

My vehicle was overheating long story short they changed just my thermostat and radiator cap and charged me $688.76.......they claimed I had no coolant when that is a lie I had it checked before I hit the road I always do and for that repair it is 2 bolts that need to come off pretty much... do not tell me that cost $688.76! They price gouged me because I was traveling and needed my vehicle to return home so they take advantage of that situation when people are traveling and have no other means. What a way to screw people out of there money and these guys give no F****! great customer service!! I made it home and still had the same issue took it to another auto repair shop and the thermostat housing looked like it was never changed and was so worn that it looked like my old one and it had a crack in it.

The estimate was comparable to the shop we usually bring our trucks to (which is in Grand Junction). It was nice to support our local business and conveniently located. The only downside is that if you use a credit card, there is an additional 3% charge. Using cash or check is preferred at this business. We were given a 10 % discount on labor. I was also given a warranty protection plan through TechNet professional.com for 24 months or 24,000 miles. This was a great unexpected bonus. Overall, working with Red Mountain was hassle free and I will return in the future. Thank you Justin & RMA.

I drove from Woodland Park with a friend and we did a test drive and inspection and were able to look at the undercarriage having it lifted up on their rack in the shop. I had been looking at other vehicles and this one was fairly priced so I brought a cashier's check from my bank that day and drove away with my car within a matter of 1 to 2 hours. The title arrived reasonably soon to my home address and after driving 2500 miles in 2 months, I just registered my vehicle with no problems and I am extremely happy with my car.
