When the two guys finished there was no "let me show you this, or that, we had an issue with that", it was "we're done pay up". I then inspected the car, they hadn't yet left and immediately I noticed that the jambs weren't done. They hadn't cleaned the interior properly at all and I really doubt that a clay bar was anywhere close to the car. When I asked the young man I assume was in charge; neither identified themselves by the way, he would just say "my bad, we should have gotten that..." There was some sap or something on the hood, about a 50 cent piece size that I pointed out. The other guy said "yeah we saw that and we tried steam and the clay bar but nothing got it out". Guys, it took me about 5 minutes with a mild surface cleaner and a microfiber cloth to get it out. SteamXtreme might be ok for a mobile wash of and vacuum but they're not worth $250 and they're not auto detailers. I even showed one some of the brushes and crevice tools I use. I posted some pictures, not all, but right now I have to go refinish the interior. Maybe after I finish their job I'll post some more, but IHMO this was some seriously half-assed work.

I wish that when they had been communicating to me over message about the detailing they had brought up that I would be expected to provide water and electricity for the service. Unfortunately, because I rent, I was unable to do so. I did ask them if they could clean the ceiling of my car and the seatbelts and they assured me it would be no problem. When they were done (about an hour and a half) I came and felt pressured to answer them immediately as to the cleanliness of the car. When I got a chance to look into my car and see their work they had already gotten into their car and drove off. When I looked into my car I saw, not only were the seatbelts and ceiling untouched, there was still dirt in the trunk. There was a spot in-between the trunk and the back seats that they totally missed. This I would understand if they were inexperienced, but I didnt pay for someone to practice. I was looking for my car to be genuinely detailed. For the $100+ cash I payed I received well-shampooed carpets and mats. I wish they had been upfront and honest about what they would clean. In the future I will look to other places for detailing.

The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. They replace the filter element, added oil and got me sorted quickly. No messing around. Also, I had a screw in my tire--which I knew but forgot to tell them about. The technician saw that and repaired the tire without being asked. So, so helpful and done with initiative. All done very reasonably. Awesome! Thank you

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. You know the place is proud and does good service when their front desk area has all sorts of cool posters, old cars, accolades, and memorabilia. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. Can't ask for better bang of the buck, bout $110 total after looking at everything. P.S. They filled my windshield wiper fluid up for free. Thanks Olde's!
