And when I use a automatic wash station, I only use touchless because the bristles from the automatic wash bays with the spin brush leaves marks on cars. Where I came from in California, automatic touchless car wash are everywhere and full of features. This one is almost comparable to the ones I used in California. My car was not spotless after the wash. But it was clean enough to where I can use a microfiber cloth to take care of the rest. Let's be honest, after a multi-day drive and as dirty as my car was, no automatic touchless car wash will do a thorough job. This carwash had 2 options $12 for a basic wash and $14 for a wash with all the bells and whistles like rainbow wax spray and spotless rinse. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a touchless wash.

Almost all plastic trim pieces on my Escalade came back with a white discoloration from their steam cleaning, my backseat was folded down and they never bothered to clean or wipe the seats down and just left it lying down. I also noticed that there was still a handful of food stains and crumbs from the previous owner (just purchased this car and had it detailed) still sitting there that never got touched or cleaned up. there was condensation from their machine I found inside of the analog clock on my car and it had lots of water in other areas pooled up. There was a lot of little things but it all added up, the only nice thing was how well my chrome rims shined again. Other then the wheels it looked like a marginal job, everyone was super nice!

The Flex in their name must stand for their flexibility in scheduling, as I had to call and rearrange some times/dates, and they were more than accommodating. Austin was very prompt, and was able to detail 5 of my vehicles inside my hotels parking garage, in little over 2 hours. He even noticed a few scratches on the roof of one of our vehicles, that he was able to buff out. They came with all the necessary equipment, and they used environmentally safe (green) products; I was even able to pay by credit card. She responded by yelling "it's working, it just worked!" Ok, no need to yell...I gave her the last digits of my credit card number and she said that she would make sure that I wasn't double charged. In the end I wasn't double charged, but I couldn't believe that anyone would treat a customer that way. My advice is to get cash for your car wash and go across the street to the Shell station called Performance Auto. They are helpful, nice, and I also bring my car there to be serviced.

Presoak: A weak, thin stream of water trickles out while you spend 30 sec to a minute waiting for the presoak soap to never come. Wash/soap: As I mentioned, this works well. Foam brush: If the brush isn't full of gravel or mashed flat, you can expect sporadic suds. Rinse: All good here. High Pressure Wax: The stream is strong, but I'm not entirely convinced that there is wax being sprayed. It does not smell like it and there is no beading after application. Spot Free Rinse: Rinse is the only word that applies to this treatment. You will have spots and streaks even when you hand dry. As the other reviewer mentioned, just go across the street to the automatic wash at the Shell station or head down to the Big Dog Car Wash in Gypsum.

I had no plans to change it so i just confirmed it, but i decided to click into the appointment and the price had changed to $581 ! What? Must be a mistake, so i contact them and they say my original quote - which they sent me via e-mail - was invalid and the new price was $581. If I had driven to Silverthorne from Idaho Springs for my appointment and found that out it would have been a very unpleasant experience. How do you just change the price of an appointment like that without letting me know? Absurd. Oh, but I did discover AutoGlass Unlimited who will install the windshield at my house for $432 - so that's the silver lining - I now know who to go to to get my glass repaired and safelite IS NOT IT.

Came here to say to get my windshields repaired. They were able to squeeze me in last minute on the…read moreweekend. The staff were sooo nice and welcoming. The business was very clean and open. I was offered water when I was waiting. The window replacement did take long and they also showed us how the previous shop inserted the windshield incorrectly and ensured they were going to do it properly which they did. I'm not sure how much the cost would be since it was covered by my insurance but we will be going back in the future for any windshield repairs.
