It's great knowing that I don't have to make an Office Depot run or order online only to wait a week for the delivery. So that part of their business is perfect. My main complaint is their extraordinary prices. They are one of the most expensive places to buy office supplies in town. You're essentially paying for convenience. This business has been around for a really long time, so I knew I wanted to come to the pros first to make sure everything was done correctly. When you first walk in, the lobby is not too big and the lady (Peggy) that helped us was very friendly and went over their services and talked about the turnaround time. I honestly was expecting for a little bit of a wait time, but everything was done in a week or less. The rubber stamp I ordered was literally done in days and the business card was less than a week and all this was going on during Christmas time, so that was impressive. Peggy kept in contact, emailed me the proof and went over the pricing details. The business cards were pricier than I expected, but they came out really good and I would definitely come back. I like how the cards doesn't look generic and it doesn't look like it was just printed straight off of a computer. It has that gloss on the cards to make it look professionally done. What I liked about the rubber stamp was that the ink will last a long time and if it starts to fade away, then she said she would re-ink the rubber stamp for free.
