I looked at her and I'll look around and there's no other customers besides a printing machine printing orders that she's probably behind on. It doesn't take that long to cut paper. Doesn't matter how much they charge. I needed it done today. Then I proceed to ask her if there's a self cutter for me to use so I could do it myself! It took me less than 6 minutes and I was out the door. The customer service sucks here because it she's not able to do what I'm asking her to do. I've always spoken to very pleasant people that are fairly knowledgeable about their products. Their customary next day delivery can't be beat. It's great knowing that I don't have to make an Office Depot run or order online only to wait a week for the delivery. So that part of their business is perfect. My main complaint is their extraordinary prices. They are one of the most expensive places to buy office supplies in town. You're essentially paying for convenience. I've also have several incorrect orders. It seems to be improving, but it can be frustrating. They are a business headed in the right direction.
