I gave Emily my idea, we visualized it, she made it a reality. The 20th anniversary display was made peice by peice and completely custom made by Raymond's. I ordered 8 medals and three of the medals were a completely different color than the other 5. I ordered a gold medal, but received 3 bronze and 5 gold. The medals were horribly done the engraved plates were put on sloppily and not centered. Not only did they deliver poor work, there was much confusion on my order. When I went to pick it up they demanded I paid already and in an effort to be honest I was adamant I hadn't. They could cross reference this with the person who took and fulfilled my order because she had been fired the day before and were quick to tell me that fact. Wow! Amazing customer service! I walked in around 930a on a Thursday because I needed a trophy for my top sales reps in my office for our monthly meeting next morning and of course I waited til last minute. I had no idea what I wanted the trophy to look like or how soon I could get it done, and the young lady at the front counter was extremely helpful with creating a cool looking design and gave me some options that she told me I could get by the next morning. Well not only did they have it ready within a couple hours but the final result was AWESOME! I will definitely be coming back thank you for the prompt service and excellent work! read more

So, I needed to get some ribbons done and went to get a quote. She told me they outsource from another Company that it would take a few days . Ok, But after 5 days no quote. So I call and NOTHING. So I ask what Company they outsource from and she actually gives me the name. So I call and get a quote myself which is around $ 75 Dollars. Ok, Cool. So today they send me a quote of $202 Dollars. Raymond's markup is ASTRONOMICAL. Needless to say I wont be going through them. read more

failed to produce. I went in to look at some medals or awards but they didn't have what I was looking for. They told me they could order some and have it ready. I wanted to see samples and have an idea of what I was ordering. They said they'd email me some samples and I can choose from there. The following week I called and ask when the email would be ready. Young lady who took my email said she was working on it at this moment and it would be sent over shortly. Nothing came and after checking my email and spam for days. I decided to call again this morning. Another young lady couldn't find my info anywhere and assured me something would be sent over soon. It left a bad taste in my mouth and decided to just go with someone else. I understand everyone gets busy and things happen but being "assured" multiple times can leave and unwanted taste in someone's mouth. I called to let them know I've decided go elsewhere as a courtesy and again the email was on its way ‍ read more

Megan at Raymond's Trophy is awesome. I called at the last minute to have a plaque made for a student awards' assembly. Not only did she accept the late order, they were able to use our school insignia on the award and I didn't even provide it. I only said to "make it as nice as you can." I couldn't believe it when I picked it up later that afternoon; it surpassed my expectations. It turned out very nice and professional looking. And, it was very reasonably priced.
