George came out and measured and then I went to his shop and he showed me on his computer what the completed kitchen would look like. He was the only one who didn't try to change how I wanted the kitchen to look. He made some terrific suggestions on some additions that added to the look and the functionality of the cabinets. The cabinets and the layout of the kitchen turned out fantastic. Their installers were professional, courteous, clean and efficient. The painter, Ben and his son Cody did an absolutely superior job staining and varnishing the cabinets. The reasonable price I was quoted was the price I paid. I am truly extremely pleased and happy with George and Rod and their crew and the beautiful transition they made in my home. I definitely highly recommend them. Steve Shine

Wow! What a great experience I had with Webster's Interiors and Upholstery!!…read moreThe owner, Robert, was amazing from the beginning to the end. I had a family heirloom channel back chair that needed to be reupholstered. Robert got back to me the same day that I left a voicemail. He answered all my questions, gave me lots of information and a quote. He kept me up to date on the progress, and was spot on with his price quote and finish date. On top of Robert being a pleasure to work with, his upholsterer, Ramon, did an absolutely beautiful job on recovering and hand tucking my very special chair. The chair is gorgeous, and exceeded all my expectations! These guys know what they are doing, and it's no wonder they have been in business for many, many years! Sincerely, Tammy Curran

The etch-a-sketch software they use to design our master bathroom does not calculate the drywall, plaster and tile which matters when every inch counts. "We won't start the job until all material is received". 8 days later, "we got a huge job elsewhere so we're going to start on your bathroom now and continue as material comes in." Taking time off work to accommodate their schedule was a pain. The crew that did the demo and new installation installed the Shower faucet that leaked causing water to fill between the walls on the first use. They had to come out, install new faucet and replace the drywall. Rick stopped responding to my call and emails so I was forced to communicate with the contractor he hired. Stucco cracked on outside wall where they installed the soap dish cubby. The shower drain had to be brought up to code bustarted smelling less than a year later. This would happen every few months. Called a plumber who ran a camera and found gravel in the line and said it's either from the install or a connection came loose and debris is filling the line. Ran into Rick and asked him about it and was told "it's out of warranty". The only bright side was that the cabinets we picked out came out great and the tile work was perfect.

Since my previous post, we've worked with Kelly and her new assistant Whitney to redo our living room. We were still in our rental home, so again limited on changing anything like wall colors and fixtures, but that didn't stop this team from transforming a somewhat awkwardly designed room into an inviting family room. And again, no judgements from this team when they saw we were still living with worn out leather couches from my husband's bachelor days - they absolutely understand we all start somewhere, and not all of us are naturally gifted at designing a room! Of note - we did have a small problem with the couch cushions we had ordered through Kelly. The foam was apparently a bad batch and quickly deteriorated after installation. If was ZERO issue though, as we contacted Kelly and explained the situation. Within an hour we'd received confirmation they would be replaced as soon as possible. To ensure no future issues with other clients, Kelly visited to see how bad the problem was and relay the issue to the manufacturer (who also sought to get us new cushions as soon as possible). When the new cushions arrived, Kelly's assistant Whitney stopped by as soon as we were available to reinstall. It was a seamless process and reaffirmed just how much they care about their clients. We're now working with Kelly to pick out features in a new home we're building to ensure we get off to a solid start. They've been very understanding of the fact that we are limited by builder options for things like cabinets and counters, and also very understanding that this will not be a full house project, but rather the very basic things to get started and build over time. We're excited for the opening of her new storefront in January, as well as continuing to work together through the construction of our new home and into the future as we complete new projects to put together the home of our dreams.
