They have great hostess gifts as well as kid's gifts. They have lots of unique items that I've never seen anywhere else in town! The person assisting me was extremely helpful! They also have a wonderful selection of candles. All of them smelled so good. Their frames are beautiful and I am debating on using them for that service as well. I've always spoken to very pleasant people that are fairly knowledgeable about their products. Their customary next day delivery can't be beat. It's great knowing that I don't have to make an Office Depot run or order online only to wait a week for the delivery. So that part of their business is perfect. My main complaint is their extraordinary prices. They are one of the most expensive places to buy office supplies in town. You're essentially paying for convenience. I've also have several incorrect orders. It seems to be improving, but it can be frustrating. They are a business headed in the right direction. But unfortunately their prices just don't make them competitive

We wanted to order shirts for our school and the company picked the color for us. Once I saw the mockup I realized that when they sent me the quote the color was already chosen so we would have to pay a restock fee if we wanted to change the color. It would be nice if they would show you how it would look before you are locked into anything and can make color changes. I would recommend KVPrint if your school district has them as a vender. They have better customer service.

He was very polite and helpful and asked me lots of questions that I had no idea how to answer. Josh could tell that I was in over my head and he offered to come out and do a free measurement and have an idea session with me. He is now doing my entire house and he offered me some designs that I would never thought of. I will update once he finishes, but so far he has been wonderful and the stitch work and design work has been out of this world. I got another quote from someone else in town, and it was for quadruple the price and the lady was very impatient with me. Josh won my business for my bedroom curtains and now my entire house. If you are unsure of what you want or have little to know design taste- Josh and the team will really help you out.
