After taking the box out of my car one of the employees asked if I would like help and carried the box all the way to the Returns area. So nice! Sean handled my return quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. Jose B. in the Home Theater department assisted me in shopping for a replacement tv. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant and helpful. All the employees that I interacted with were great. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. For the staff and store itself I give 5 stars. I'm only giving 4 stars overall due to their policy of not allowing customers to use the remote to adjust settings on the display tvs. As someone who's owned many hdtv's over the years I've found settings adjustments are critical and personalized. Without the ability to do so in the store you might as well shop online. I had just returned a tv and was ready to buy a replacement then and there. However, without the ability to use the remote and access the tv settings on the tvs I was interested in I didn't make a purchase.

I wanted a larger 80 Inch LED LCD and a Denon 9.2 suround sound system. I already knew the model and they did not have it in stock. Here is where it got very cool. They asked if I wanted it they would have it there in 45 Min. I said I wanted it. I went down the street and had lunch then came back to get the thing and when they handed me the bill I thought they had the wrong system. The price was so good. It was $900+ Less than Frys and over 1000 less than Best Buy. I got what I wanted. Saved a lot of $. Got better service than the large chain stores. And they delivered and even helped with the setup of the television at no charge. The Soround sound system is a bear to set up so I paid them to do it. They did a great Job. So as soon as I feel it is time for a 4K Set I will be back to Beverly Hills Electronics. I would and should give them a 5. In Fact I just changed my rateing to a 5. The Service and Price more than make up for the small show room. Go there or just call them and tell them what you want. They will take care of you. and you will save a lot of $. During that time, more cars get in line...except one in five of THOSE people has ALSO forgotten to validate. So the line moves forward...and then stops again. It took me 18 minutes to get out of the lot last week. It took me 12 minutes to get out of the lot yesterday -- eight of which were spent behind one person sitting in his car at the gate, refusing to get out, move, or pay. I'm not shopping here in person anymore. The parking gate completely ruins it. Trader Joe's across the street doesn't have this problem because they pay a human to be able to look at a receipt and not be a freakin robot.

I contacted Casio, who provided a list of authorized service centers, including Kami Electronics. I emailed Kami, and he responded the same day with a few standard questions. Scheduling a drop-off appointment was quick and easy. A couple of days after dropping off the piano, I received an update from Kami that Casio had approved a warranty claim and had sent the necessary parts, which were expected to arrive in about a week. Seven days later, I received another update letting me know the piano was ready for pickup. To my surprise, when I picked it up, I was given a brand-new Casio Privia PX-S7000. I highly recommend Kami Electronics for warranty repairs. A turnaround time of less than two weeks was impressive, and it was clear Kami understands the warranty process with OEMs and worked efficiently with Casio to get everything handled promptly. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.

I called Best Buy corporate and also messaged them via text chat and both confirmed they don't enforce such policy and that there is no hold or flag on my account. Clearly Jonathan was lying about my account being flagged or having too many returns. If I were to guess, they probably don't want the return affecting their sales numbers. The whole thing was just odd from the start.(I have worked at geek squad in the past) The checkout usually checks the returns in front of the customer but in this situation they took across the other side of the store and had me waiting for a while. I didn't think anything of it because they said they needed to check the item and print the return receipt for me. That's when they returned with the item and said my account was flagged. Jonathan then mentioned that I could try shipping it, in order to return it but that it would not be guaranteed a refund. It was unprofessional and bizarre. I would avoid going to this store for any needs because they make it very difficult for you to return an item.
