    This is a well stocked Best Buy and we were very happy with everything. The place is large and has…read morefloor models you can look at and sometimes use. The place is well organized and very clean. You are greeted when you come in and finding someone to help us was not hard. We were here on a weekday, so I don't know if it gets crowded on the weekends. We had need for a few things and our salesperson was great. He knew where everything was and spent a good amount of time with us. Check out is easy and so are returns. There is plenty of parking and someone will help you load your stuff if you need that. The prices are good, not great, but good. They have a great selection of unlocked phones and everything you need to walk it to your carrier and get it all set up. We found the Geek Squad to be uninformed and not helpful, thus 4 stars instead of 5. We will be back.

She incorrectly told me that I might not even need it if I was spending less than 15 minutes there, which (surprise, surprise) turned out to be incorrect. So I had to follow up and politely ask a second time for the validation, which she begrudgingly gave to me. Anyway, I'm definitely not coming back here again. It's frustrating enough that you guys are charging six dollars minimum to park at what's basically a glorified dead mall, but then to seemingly hesitate before giving out validation that people are entitled to is ridiculous.

    After just one year, my $10,000 Sony home projector started making a loud grinding noise. I went…read morethrough my extended warranty with Asurion, and it turned into a months-long headache. I had to package and ship the projector three separate times (not easy given the size and weight). Each time, after waiting about six weeks, they sent it back claiming they couldn't reproduce the issue. I repeatedly told their customer service team that the grinding noise only starts about 30 seconds after powering on--but it was clear no one actually waited long enough to hear it. Total waste of time. Asurion eventually offered a refund, but that didn't make sense since the same projector now costs significantly more--and I'd have to buy another expensive warranty plan. Instead, I was referred to Kamran, the owner of KAMI Electronics, by a local AV store--and that's when things finally turned around. Kamran diagnosed the issue within about a week and ordered the replacement part. It ended up being backordered, but instead of just waiting, he went out of his way to find another source and get it faster. He kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately returned the projector in perfect working condition. KAMI Electronics delivered what Asurion couldn't: real expertise, follow-through, and results. Highly recommend. Five stars.

    My son and I have been to this particular Best Buy throughout the years. I have nothing but good…read morethings to say about their great selection of items, starting from their appliances and ending with all types of devices. They also have special aisles for movies, DVDs and unfortunately discontinued CDs. It's ok, I'll live. I have plenty of CDs to last me for a lifetime.. Service is impecable by all the employees. The minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. This is a BIG store. 2 stories. Has an elevator, escalator and 2 bathrooms. On this visit we were looking for a phone charger for my son's I-phone 13. An employee helped him find exactly what he was looking for and the price was affordable. $27.40 (including tax). As he was shopping for his charger, I was on the 1st floor looking for different styles/labels of vacuums and microwaves. Sarvin and Kelly were very helpful showing me different models of both appliances. They were a tad expensive for our budget. The last vacuum that we got from here is almost 10 years old. We will definitely return to see if they have anything that costs a little less. They do have some sales items which is a plus. It's a very nice, clean store with plenty of parking all around. 10/10. They also have snacks/beverages. We were there on April 3rd around 7pm. Thank you Best Buy Sarvin, & Kelly.

He never rushed us and made sure we felt comfortable taking our time to find exactly what we needed. He was attentive, thorough, and checked in on every detail to make sure everything was perfect. I had gotten off work very late, and the fact that he still took the time to help and support me meant so much. I truly appreciate his patience and dedication. I highly recommend asking for Nick if you visit the Best Buy in Sherman Oaks--the team should be proud to have someone like him. 10/10 experience!
