Always have done great fast work. Can do all the work to make your truck your own. Get it to have a great tone instead of stock.

TERRIBLE! I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REPAIR…read more 1. They will overcharge you for used parts invoiced as "NEW" Always double check the parts on your invoices and ask them for the part numbers! If you see them back stepping, it's not good. I found a $1,000 front drive shaft that didn't show up on any vendors website. When I called them out on it, he said he would have to call me back "Because their INTERNET GOT VERY, VERY SLOW" Once I spotted this, Their entire credibility went down the pipes. 2. Convenience Mechanics, what's good for their pocket, NOT YOU! They will pick & choose jobs based on what's easy for them. And even if you give them the job based on good faith. They'll still find a way to screw it up. I didn't need an oil change or air filter. I told them to focus on the rear main seal. 3. Failure to perform a basic "Oil change" My truck sat in their lot FOR OVER A MONTH! & when I picked it up. IT HAD NO OIL & THE OIL FILTER LOOKED OLD & USED! When I checked the invoice for the filter. It was the wrong brand. And then he asked me "What type of filter it was on" How disappointing. 4. Mishandling Parts on "Basic Connectors & Switches." I found a broken clip to the mass airflow sensor, something that you have to be-careful when removing it but their work ethic was brash, forgetful & clumsy. 5. Failure to Communicate effectively & verify working Jobs. Initially I called & texted to confirm the transmission job seal replacement was included in the price. And they said Oh yeah, don't worry about it that's already included in the price. ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT IT NEVER WAS! COME ON MAN! A $4,400 Job & they treated it like an after thought. 6. Lazy & Incompetent Mechanics. 7. SAFETY INSPECTION FAILURE. Before I rolled out their lot I asked them "Is the vehicle safe on the Road?" "Oh Yes! Everything was checked & inspected for safety" BULLSHIT! When I went to verify if everything was bolted & secure. I noticed the inspection cover to the transmission was missing. Leaving the inner transmission exposed. You could cause an explosion from the middle of the truck breaking it in half. And if your traveling at a high rate of speed, forget about it cause it's over! All for the negligence of their so called...."Inspection" When I asked them about it, they denied it. So I had to point it out again on their invoice until they finally admitted to it. He called it a minor forgetful incident. I said "For who? How about if it was your car, I asked him? Would you accept that service? No, he said, "I would not accept that service." Finally an Honest Answer I thought. In the end they took some accountability for their bad service and even bought me a new cover to the transmission. However, I still had to put it on myself cause they lost my respect. I managed to receive a partial refund from them, but I got the sense they were more angry than sorry. The vibes don't lie. The only reason why I got any money back was because I threatened to expose them. I had the Better Business Bureau, The Cities Safety Commission, The Bar for Auto Mechanics, I had everyone lined up on a list ready to roll and it was gonna be a huge negligence and endangerment shut down! I had the sheriffs office already in mind and everything. The threat was real. So once they took a serious look at their exposure they backed up and said "Alright buddy we'll give you back some money but... Please don't shut us down.." However I am a man of my word and I still have to put you on blast for your horrendous business practices. And remember if they did it to me, You bet your ass they'll do it to you! Being a Mechanic comes with a lot of genuine public notoriety & when they're doing sketchy work, it's only gonna come back to REMIND YOU! SO HONOR YOUR WORD & STAND WITH INTEGRITY WHILE SERVNG YOUR COMMUNITY! IF OTHER BUSINESSES HAVE PROVEN TO DO IT, WHY CAN'T YOU?

*Had a vehicle breakdown on a Sunday evening outside of Yuma…read more * For one thing they are one of the few places open in the evening in Yuma... plus they were gracious to agree to check the car and repair even though it was close to closing time because they understood the situation of being a traveler thru. *Unfortunately, there was no easy fix... but they were on it first thing the next morning and was able to provide a thorough diagnostic assessment. *While the verdict was not music to the ears, they were upfront, did research for options and were honest in 'prognosis' *Estimated cost for services was not cheap and were standard to what you were going to find anywhere else (ie labor book time)... BUT: *The rating for this place is not due to price though they were great about finding alternatives and cost saving options. The rating is due to the incredible customer service and honesty/ integrity of their staff(we worked with Juan). *We appreciated the time he took to check alternatives and costs, the mechanic's honesty to not try to sell us on repairs that were not needed and the zero pressure to make a decision immediately. * I would highly recommend this shop in this location... and I hope this place keepstheir high standards of customer service and integrity as the staff here demonstrated with our first encounter with them.

This is a family business run by John and (I think) Dan a father and son Duo…read more I dealt mostly with John but Dan helped me when I went back. I have two leaking exhaust manifolds on my 2016 Dodge Ram. I got a ton of miles on the thing but nonetheless it was surprising to have this issue. It was originally diagnosed at shop in San Diego. When I brought it into John's he told me he didn't the issue I was having was an exhaust leak but he asked me if I mostly heard the noise when the vehicle was started and cold. I said yes, and he said he would need to keep the truck a little longer to let it cool down so he could re-evaluate it. He called me later that day and told me that, yes the exhaust manifolds were leaking. This was nice because he didn't jump on trying to fix something that may not have needed to be fixed. My initial impression was that he was honest. They do the work and had a rough time with my truck because in extracting the exhaust manifold studs one broke on each side. Sometimes if this happens the engine needs to get pulled, and he made every effort to not have to do this. He had my truck a little longer than expected but the work got done and I was pretty happy. A couple days went by and I noticed a rubbing sound when I would back up with the wheel cranked all the way to one way. It seemed like the inner fender was missing a screw or screw(s). I went back in and told John and said that their may be an issue because the guy who worked on it had recently been let go. This was a little disconcerting but he stated he would stand by his work and he did. His son, Dan, helped me with this, walked me through which crew was missing, that he went through the truck and verified that nothing else was missing. Throughout this whole experience, both guys were professional and courteous. I would go back here and suggest this place to others.

My Nissan failed to start from time to time so I took it in to John's auto to get it diagnosed and…read morethey said my car needed a new engine and would cost between $5,000 and $6,000 to get it back running. I did not believe them. For I'd just returned from a trip. So, i hauled my car away to the Nissan dealership here in Yuma and they said the same thing. I still did not believe them either. Later on, I put my car up for sale, as is, for $1,000 To a mechanic and it took him Les than an hour to fix. He went to buy some relay that goes next to the air intake and drove away To clean it up. Next day, he sold it for $2,000. What do facts tell about "Honest" mechanics??. I'll let figure it out. But, I won't ever go back to neither business for Mechanical services.
