The last time I took it to the dealership it was to change worn brake pads and scored rotors. I also asked them to check the e brake. They said my e brake was fine and replaced the rotors and pads. That was 10 months and just under 20,000km ago. Now my pads need to be changed again and the rotors are scored again and they provided absolutely no warranty on any of the work they do (except Ford lifetime warranty on pads). Total estimate about $370-$380 including free pads. I took the car to TireCo for a second opinion and they confirmed the e brake was sticking which was causing the rotors to score and premature wear on the pads. And instead of mindlessly putting on new pads and rotors which would just get warn out again in a few months they told me to get the e brake fixed then change the pads/rotors. They didn't even charge me anything for looking at it! I will only take my car to TireCo now!

Went here today for an oil change and flush for our Sonata as it has been running with the timing…read moreoff and the engine light on. I'd been to Mr. Lube before where the upsell is horrifying. Madeline greeted me right away and was so friendly and personable. I was there when they opened, so they took my car in right away. She only recommended services that really needed to be completed like a transmission flush and radiator flush, both of which are way overdue. They showed me the dirty oil (our car uses oil, always has and needs engine flushes quite often). Afterward, I got to see the stick showing the oil full and clean. They also replaced a brake light, checked and topped up the fluids and made the air pressure equal in all tires. The waiting room is nice with coffee and a tv. I brought my own coffee,but would suggest they have cream available for the coffee, or I wouldn't partake. Another woman there didn't have any for the same reason. I really appreciated being able to know the total up front before they started on anything and no pressure about things that need to be done in the future. They also charge half what Mr. Lube was asking for the engine flush. The mechanics were super fast and Madeline offered such excellent customer service. An honest and friendly place to have your maintenance performed. Will be back later in the month to have the other two services performed.

Even though they were closed, an employee named Terry ran out and over a street to my car and helped us put on a spare even after his shift was over. He gave us advice about the car and made sure we were safe once we left. After we came back the next day got our tire replaced within 1 hour.
